DO NOT USE THIS FATHER AND SON COMPANY. They removed my cylinder and put another one in what all they had to do is to re-key MY cylinder. I paid them $181.00. After they left, I tried the lock and it did not work. They came back out and when I told them to re-key MY cylinder and put it back in, they told me that someone took my cylinder . . . . right, now who would tak an old used cylinder!!!! AND why did I have to tell them how to fix my lock????? I am NOT a locksmith, they are the locksmiths. The owe me $181.00 and will not answer their phone SO I will be reporting them to th BBB and the Attorney General's Office plus my credit card company will report them to all necessary bureaus and will get my money back. Dennis had to come out to our house again because of a lock out. He remembered us and the door that was broken. He ended up replacing the broken lock and even keyed it to an existing lock so i didn't have to worry about getting another set of keys. Like last time, he was super friendly and very helpful. While he was there I had him replace the garage door handle because it was very slippery (very smooth)and even I had trouble turning the handle. He let us in with no problems and was professional and comforting. Sometimes you get a locksmith who makes you nervous. That was not the case with Dennis. He was friendly and personable. I don't know how more clear I could have been my son locked the keys inside the house. I have a screen door and a front door why would someone ask the question how did you lock the screen door??? The same way you lock any door and where did the confusion come in? I don't get it can you fix it or not? ** I am not able to respond to the comments left I will say that I have a low tolerance for repetitive questions; I clearly explained that I have both a screen door and a front door. The fact that I am calling a locksmith about my keys being locked in the house should not have warranted the question of how did I lock my door. Understanding that there are shady characters in the Linden area does not excuse the confusion. I also said goodbye prior to hanging up due to my level of frustration and felt it would be more kind of me to end the conversation instead of actually being rude and saying what was going through my mind at the moment.
