I have a very busy schedule with several commitments planned each day and night and when I realized while out of town that I had lost my only key to my Toyota, the stress consumed me and I felt sick to my stomach. I sent All Purpose Locksmith a yelp message wanting to upgrade my locks/home security the morning after something was stollen from my porch. Igor called me within 25 minutes of my initial message and was at my home to do a free in-home estimate literally 40 minutes later! He was INCREDIBLY helpful, patient, funny, and clearly wanted to figure out what services he could provide that were most useful while also being cost effective. He even helped me concoct a custom lock system for my back gate (which wasn't straightforward or easy to do) and got all the supplies to create it at Home Depot. These guys are GREAT! I came back from a trip and found out a door to our office was locked and the key was lost. It was creating such headache since we did not have access to critical supplies. I called Clinton Locks and there were super responsive! They were at my place within 30 to 45 min of my call and came through to open my lock. Absolutely superb service! Keys to our car were lost and we only had a single key that could unlock the door but not start the car (because it was not a chip key). Another company (sent by AAA) came out and cut and programmed a chip key but it didn't work, and then they told us that we would have to "flash" the computer, and they did not have the capability to do that. So after reading some Yelp reviews we called All Purpose Locksmiths. Igor was prompt, diagnosed the situation quickly, and within 30 minutes we had two new chip keys and were on our way. Wow, rainy, miserable Sunday evening, I drop my key. I don't know where, but it's not turning up, and I need to be able to drive on Monday. From when I called until I had access to my car and nice, working new key was less than an hour and a half, including time my locksmith ran out to get me change. And he threw in a house key on a cute little template. He was pleasant, friendly, funny and completely professional. Just a great experience! Met at their garage and he was just great and fast! Perfect price as some locksmiths I contacted wanted twice and in some cases three times as much for the same key. I had what I thought was a bad ignition cylinder in my 2011 vehicle. The key wouldn't turn and I was stuck. They came to my house on a weekend and took care of the issue within a couple of hours!
