As anyone know when you lose something of value, I was starting to panic. As the realization that my keys are gone or going to be lost for the foreseeable future, I got on yelp to see if I could talk to some locksmith to help me out. I got a couple quotes from locksmiths. But Igor's stood out. He offered fast service at a great price. So I decided to go with him. He was here in no time at all. Also he was very knowledgeable. One locksmith was going to charge me almost double because they claimed that my car needed a chip in the key to make it work. Igor told me that this is not true, and no chip was needed. This showed that he knew what he was talking about and he was honest. I think a lot of places might fabricate that just to make more money, but not Igor. He was truthful and honest and did what was best for me (the customer)! When he got here he was friendly and nice. He popped my door open pretty quick and got me a new key in no time. He even went above and beyond, because my driver side door always had a hard time turning. So he oiled it up for me, so now the lock works perfectly and smoothly. I didn't even ask for this, it was just a surprise, something he did out of kindness If you are looking for a locksmith in Columbus who is fast and reliable and that cares, CALL THIS COMPANY. They recommended BowFish because of their experiences with the company. We found BowFish easy to work with giving us several places where we could find stone that would best match. BowFish had to coordinate with the roofers, us, the stone supplier and the god awful weather. In the meantime hubby noticed a corner piece on the stone foundation was cracked, so we added that to the job. They worked so hard on such a hot day. Probably put in nearly 12 hours. They blended the new stone with the leftover stone hubby had kept. They fixed the chimney cap that a chimney sweep was going to charge $$$$. It was perfect. Very pleased with the quality of work. A gentleman (I think it was the owner) came out to give us an estimate for repair/replacment and he was very pleasant, polite and professional. He gave my wife an estimate for replacing the glass in the kitchen window and when she asked about some issues with the windows on the front of the house - he took the time to explain that we really didn't need any repairs but showed my wife how to deal with the condensatiion in the glass. The young man who came to replace the glass in the kitchen window was equally polite and professional and did a quick and efficent job of replacing the defective glass.
