Met the service guy in front of my building with the car. He programmed and cut the key I bought online. It worked fine but when I used the original programmed key, the programming was erased. So I had to call him to come back to reprogram the original key again. He came back and we got it done. $55 for the service call and $150 to cut and program the second key. So not cheap. But it works and that is what I needed.

It was a really stressful situation that was resolved quickly and easily. I appreciated that they came out earlier than the quoted time so I was able to get back in my car even sooner than I had expected.
