Truth is, most times, you probably don't think about the services of a locksmith until you find…read moreyourself in a bad "situation". Then to make matters worse you are scrabbling to find one. Well, let me tell you, if you are looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and affordable locksmith, then Alex is your man. He is the owner of Accurate Locksmith & Security. He is also THE locksmith. I called early on a weekday morning and he gave me a 4pm appointment time that same day. He arrived almost exactly on time. We had discussed my needs earlier, even sent photos on smartphone, making things easier. So, he was prepared. He installed a deadbolt, keyed from both sides. (Not an option for renters, Fire safety concerns) Looks like his prices haven't changed in the last 5 years. $45 to come out, install fee of $55 and price of lock. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Also, he did a great job of cleaning up the mess. Alex told me he started working with locks during college in NJ. He then worked as a locksmith in several business before venturing out to start his own company. He has been solo for many years now, with great community ratings. My experience with Alex was great from the initial contact through completion of service. I highly recommend adding this business to your bookmarks. You never know when you might need one, or decide you may want one.

I called them and was able to schedule an appointment with Jeremy for an estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. He took a look at all of the doors and not only gave me estimates, but also which locks to get and from where which saved me a significant amount of money. He even helped me reprogram my garage doors on the day of the estimate itself. Fast forward to the lock install day, again he showed up on time and got right to work. He installed 3 locks and re-keyed my doors without any issue. After he was done, he cleaned up and vacuumed the areas that were messed up and verified that all the locks were fully functional. He gave me a tutorial on how to program each of the locks and was patient when I was messing up. If I ever need a locksmith service again, Buckeye is the only one I'll be returning to!

As anyone know when you lose something of value, I was starting to panic. As the realization that my keys are gone or going to be lost for the foreseeable future, I got on yelp to see if I could talk to some locksmith to help me out. I got a couple quotes from locksmiths. But Igor's stood out. He offered fast service at a great price. So I decided to go with him. He was here in no time at all. Also he was very knowledgeable. One locksmith was going to charge me almost double because they claimed that my car needed a chip in the key to make it work. Igor told me that this is not true, and no chip was needed. This showed that he knew what he was talking about and he was honest. I think a lot of places might fabricate that just to make more money, but not Igor. He was truthful and honest and did what was best for me (the customer)! When he got here he was friendly and nice. He popped my door open pretty quick and got me a new key in no time. He even went above and beyond, because my driver side door always had a hard time turning. So he oiled it up for me, so now the lock works perfectly and smoothly. I didn't even ask for this, it was just a surprise, something he did out of kindness If you are looking for a locksmith in Columbus who is fast and reliable and that cares, CALL THIS COMPANY. You will not be disappointed. I will for sure call him back if anything like this happens again and I will recommend him and this company to any close friends or relatives that ask me. 5 Stars.
