There were only a few locksmiths with consistently good reviews. I contacted both of them and PJP responded first. Fortunately for me, PJP was also less expensive. I found out later that it is a family business, which I liked. They were able to come out fairly quickly (same day, in fact in about 20 minutes) and they reprogrammed our key fob in about 30 minutes.
