Guy came out in black Audi, replaced lock and charged $499.99!!!! Receipt stated no phone number or address. I must add that my husband had just been hospitalized and this was a door to room that I needed for health info, etc. This has been a charge that has bothered me a lot. Another strange thing was that later that night, a strange car was parked in front of our house for quite awhile. Wondered if they were trying to do something to our communications. Endorsement area on back of check is blanked out. Seems like receipt was a multi-purpose nothing!!! I don't know how to avoid this happening in the future, but will look for a van with company logo.

I called them and was able to schedule an appointment with Jeremy for an estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. He took a look at all of the doors and not only gave me estimates, but also which locks to get and from where which saved me a significant amount of money. He even helped me reprogram my garage doors on the day of the estimate itself. Fast forward to the lock install day, again he showed up on time and got right to work. He installed 3 locks and re-keyed my doors without any issue. After he was done, he cleaned up and vacuumed the areas that were messed up and verified that all the locks were fully functional. He gave me a tutorial on how to program each of the locks and was patient when I was messing up. If I ever need a locksmith service again, Buckeye is the only one I'll be returning to!
