I called them and was able to schedule an appointment with Jeremy for an estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. He took a look at all of the doors and not only gave me estimates, but also which locks to get and from where which saved me a significant amount of money. He even helped me reprogram my garage doors on the day of the estimate itself. Fast forward to the lock install day, again he showed up on time and got right to work. He installed 3 locks and re-keyed my doors without any issue. After he was done, he cleaned up and vacuumed the areas that were messed up and verified that all the locks were fully functional. He gave me a tutorial on how to program each of the locks and was patient when I was messing up. If I ever need a locksmith service again, Buckeye is the only one I'll be returning to!

Well, let me tell you, if you are looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and affordable locksmith, then Alex is your man. He is the owner of Accurate Locksmith & Security. He is also THE locksmith. I called early on a weekday morning and he gave me a 4pm appointment time that same day. He arrived almost exactly on time. We had discussed my needs earlier, even sent photos on smartphone, making things easier. So, he was prepared. He installed a deadbolt, keyed from both sides. (Not an option for renters, Fire safety concerns) Looks like his prices haven't changed in the last 5 years. $45 to come out, install fee of $55 and price of lock. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Also, he did a great job of cleaning up the mess. Alex told me he started working with locks during college in NJ. He then worked as a locksmith in several business before venturing out to start his own company. He has been solo for many years now, with great community ratings. My experience with Alex was great from the initial contact through completion of service. I highly recommend adding this business to your bookmarks. Guy came out in black Audi, replaced lock and charged $499.99!!!! Receipt stated no phone number or address. I must add that my husband had just been hospitalized and this was a door to room that I needed for health info, etc. This has been a charge that has bothered me a lot. Another strange thing was that later that night, a strange car was parked in front of our house for quite awhile. Wondered if they were trying to do something to our communications. Endorsement area on back of check is blanked out. Seems like receipt was a multi-purpose nothing!!! I don't know how to avoid this happening in the future, but will look for a van with company logo.

More concerned about me than making a buck!…read more The team they sent to fix my problem was great. My openers would quit working when I would have a power glitch. After every momentary loss I would have to climb up on the ladder and reset all the openers. They came out, I was fully prepared to buy a new garage door opener but after looking at my system, and trying a couple of options, they were able to create a solution that saved me over $200 over buying a new opener and would last longer than a new opener would. They were more concerned about what has the best solution for me as opposed to what would generate more money for them. I was fully prepared to buy a new system. They did the right thing for me and not them. As a result I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company. Dutch H.
