I must add that my husband had just been hospitalized and this was a door to room that I needed for health info, etc. This has been a charge that has bothered me a lot. Another strange thing was that later that night, a strange car was parked in front of our house for quite awhile. Wondered if they were trying to do something to our communications. Endorsement area on back of check is blanked out. Seems like receipt was a multi-purpose nothing!!! I don't know how to avoid this happening in the future, but will look for a van with company logo.

Met the service guy in front of my building with the car. He programmed and cut the key I bought online. It worked fine but when I used the original programmed key, the programming was erased. So I had to call him to come back to reprogram the original key again. He came back and we got it done. $55 for the service call and $150 to cut and program the second key. So not cheap. But it works and that is what I needed.

The employee who came out was very professional and opened my car in a jiffy! I was so impressed. I didn't have cash on me but he was willing to meet me at a bank nearby so that I could pay him. It was a really stressful situation that was resolved quickly and easily. I appreciated that they came out earlier than the quoted time so I was able to get back in my car even sooner than I had expected.
