It's hard to make basic breakfast food impressive. Everywhere you go, it's very similar. But this restaurant proved me wrong. I had bacon, eggs, country potatoes, and toast. It was so delicious. Those were the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had hands down. The bacon was perfectly cooked. I rarely go to a breakfast restaurant where they make the bacon to my liking. I have law enforcement buddy's, fireman buddy's, friends and relatives that all come to JD Campbell's along with myself. There is a worker at the front desk named Zuleika I believe, who has the WORST f****** attitude. It is not just me who has experienced this... but MULTIPLE friends and family of mine who regularly come here and whom have all had the SAME exact complaints about this worker. It's extremely unprofessional and concerning. When I walk in the front doors, I'm happily greeted by the rest of the staff. And then there's zuleika who looks at you with pure disgust and annoyance as if her entire world just ended because someone walked in and she now has to do her job. What a shame. This is a fantastic place to eat with my friends and family. At this point I'd rather just go elsewhere and find a new spot for me and my pals. read more

Have been here several times. The food is absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of their menu options! I could list off everything, but instead will recommend you try for yourself. My wife and I split a Merc Burger and House salad. I've been looking for a place with great burgers in the Northwest Valley and I've found it. They cooked the burger medium perfectly. Best Burger I've had since Delux Burger in Phoenix closed down. Service was great, wait staff very friendly and attentive. I'm a big breakfast lover. Back home, on the east coast, there's always the stick to your ribs good home cooked breakfasts and this was just that. The food was excellent! The bacon was crispy, the pancake my son had and my French toast were delicious and fluffy and my husband loved the fresh corned beef instead of the normal out of the can stuff. The service was good but just very fast which isn't a terrible thing but when you sit down and instantly someone's there before you can flip the menu over, it feels a little rushed. The ambiance is nice and I loved the cow print furniture! Overall, this is a great place and we will surely be back! read more

If you like the funny sayings on the t-shirts they wear then you can buy them. Today we had the pretzel and cheese, you can't go wrong with that and the pulled pork slider and merc burger.
