Most of it was able to be addressed in the moment, but there were a couple of lingering issues that weren't visible until two years later. However, Tri was very responsive when it came to revisiting the bad work done. He has since let that subcontractor go, and he's doing everything he can to make things right. I went with a plumber to fix the worst of the problems, which Tri is reimbursing (and thankfully didn't cost too much anyway), and he will be doing the remainder of the work necessary to make things whole again. It's unfortunate that there were problems caused by one bad subcontractor (and that this subcontractor hadn't been properly vetted), but I'm satisfied with the resolution to these issues.
