Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. I reached out to the owner thinking that there is an issue with the install as it led to overloading the main breaker which is maintained by the HOA. The owner stopped by and claimed that the installation is correct. The problem is not with the installation as it's with the load and the breaker used. Texted him multiple times, he stopped replying to my text and I haven't heard back from him. HOA hired 3 other licensed electricians to diagnose the main breaker issue and all of them agreed that the load is above 100 with the 50 AMPs installed breaker and reported that back to HOA and now HOA is asking me to fix this and install a breaker with lower AMP.
