Beeline rewired our whole house a few years ago and did great work. When we recently had to replace our oven, we had to move some writing around and kept having issues with the oven install team. I've used Beeline twice. The first time, a couple years ago, I needed the knob and tube wiring replaced in my 1940s home (just one floor and the attic) and initial estimates from half a dozen other companies put it at 150%-200% of the cost Beeline estimated. They were available fairly quickly, completed the work in the estimated time, and suggested a wall repair contractor (though I ended up doing those repairs myself). i was worried, that for the price, I may be getting poor service on important work. It's now two years later and I haven't seen major problems. They did inform me that my circuit box couldn't handle much more than I am putting on it, but they didn't upsell me, and that's how I saved a good chunk of cash no doubt. For us regular folk, though I live in West Seattle, I just need regular work done for a decent price. Two years later, I did run into some troubles with one of the lines. it was mysteriously tripping the circuit breaker. I discovered my new and ambitious Halloween lights outside we're pulling too much electricity. They identified the problem quickly for a fair price. The previous contractor we called could not figure it out successfully. Decent work. Fair price. Informative. Responsive. Hard to find in the current market near Seattle. read more

We were referred to Beeline by our general contractor and from a friend with solid and impeccable taste. Beeline did not disappoint! They were easy to work with (Noel is the best) and the did a beautiful job swapping out our old, dated pendant lighting, removing an old dated ceiling fan that was oddly placed by the precious owners, and they installed a new fan in a different location in the living room. They also installed beautiful canned lighting, also in our living room. Everything looks likes it's always been there. They did an incredible job and we can't wait to have them back for our next projects. We're so happy to have found them! After having a previously traumatic experience with an overpriced, over rated company (check my reviews) for electrical work, it took me awhile to bounce back and feel comfortable with hiring someone else to do electrical work for me. With three wall heaters requiring installation, we had some quotes provided and settled with Beeline. They were not the cheapest, but we appreciated the prompt responses with setting up the appointment, providing a written estimate, the ease of communication via email, making online payments and deposits. All of these factors have lead to the current 5 star review. Once the deposit was made, we scheduled a date for the appointment installation. Beeline's associate, Brandon was the main guy who had lead this project. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate and was very thorough in what he had to tell me. This was very very important because we were not able to be home/on site for the installation process and was a bit worried after having to deal with another company's lack of professionalism and follow through. This was not the case with Beeline. Furthermore, to speak about their follow through and quality of work, I had checked our security cameras and noted that one was no longer working, which was working before. They normally reboot when the electrical panels are switched back on, but for some particular reason one wasn't working. Beeline had already packed up, but when I had addressed this concern, they went back inside the home to double check that there wasn't anything wrong. The cameras ended up being fine and just took some fumbling with to get it back to working. This speaks volume as we've dealt with a number of contractors/trades professionals in the last two years of doing renovations and a lot of people will never investigate if something went wrong and even worst would flat out deny that it was their fault (even with substantial proof). My neighbor said that they were good and cleaned up after themselves (vacuuming) which is much appreciated. We haven't been home yet to see the installation, but were told there were just small holes so we're hoping for not big surprises. We need to schedule the inspection for this so we'll update accordingly afterwards! :) read more

I've heard good things about this place, and maybe they perform good work if you can get them to contact you. Like many businesses these days, you can't just call Beeline. You need to fill out a contact form and a description of the required services on their website. Fine. When attempting this using an iPad, I was unable to view a confirmation code needed to submit my information so I moved to my PC and repeated the process, and was able to send them my contact information. That was four days ago and I have yet to hear a thing, so I'll be looking for another electrician to perform the work. So much for "great customer service." read more

Responsive, flexible, and trustworthy. I live in an old house -- the kind where there's 'always something' going awry with the electrical. Beeline has been great at detecting the problem(s), getting them solved, and so on. But the 5 star review is really about how quickly they communicate, how flexible they are in terms of both the work that needs to be done and billing, and their overall customer service. I don't know where to start. This company was good in every possible way! I'd had 3 other companies tell what they would do and give bids for a fairly simple dedicated line that I needed installed not far from the breaker box. They didn't feel right -- I got the impression they didn't really have much experience with going outside to run the line with conduit as an alternative to tearing out walls and leaving work for me to have to repair. When I talked with Beeline I heard that they had a large enough crew that they were confident they could send someone with good similar experience. They were booked 3 weeks out but might be able to squeeze in an early morning appointment if they were going to be near the neighborhood. A few business days later Tyler and Stephen showed up 3 or 4 minutes late due to huge traffic (7 a.m. rush hour!), they heard my preferable location for the outlet and 1 other possible place. They put their heads together, measured very precisely, and the route to my prefered location got put into action! I have seldom seen such fast and precise work done on my home -- and I truly honor that, because too many clumsy mistakes have been made in the past that took more wasted time and money to do than they should have. My place was spotless when they left -- they really heard my hope for not leaving big repairs for me, though I knew they were having to go through walls and siding. When they left, not even 1 little tiny repair had to be done on my part -- no paint touch-up, not a speck of dust on the carpet! It was a dream come true! read more

We hired Beeline to look at some electrical work we needed in our office. They came out as scheduled to look at the space and told us we would get an estimate with several options back in a week. That week came and went, and when we followed up, we were told that the electrician, Brandon, was busy in the field, but we would for sure get an answer by the following Wednesday. We followed up on Wednesday and were told that Brandon was in the field again, but they guaranteed that we would be given a call on Friday. I called today to inquire and what seemed to be a very nervous man answered the phone. He rambled about needing to drill into concrete (not our job as everything is exposed overhead wiring) and sounded like he was making things up on the fly. When I asked to speak to someone other than Brandon, what I was being told did not make sense. I was told that Brandon was the lead electrician and also one of the owners. I was also told he was out of town. That was odd, given we were just told he was on a job, which is why he wasn't working on our quote as promised. I then asked to speak to the other owner, and I was told after some stammering that he was also out of town... Very odd that only the guy answering the phone was working at this bustling business. I then asked to be taken off their list, and the guy hung up on me before I could even say goodbye. Inferior customer service, if you can even call it that. Everyone is busy and short-staffed right now, it's how you communicate that sets you apart, and this company falls far below the bar. read more
