We were recommended to his shop by a friend, We took our vehicle to his shop for a heater core…read morereplacement. We were quoted a fair price and was told that it would take a day to finish. We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

I was referred to them by the staff of the used car lot and while waiting on AAA towing I spoke to their secretary who after lunch sent the owner and another tech out to my location. After being towed to their place I was told I needed a new fuel pump. They pulled up the schematic for my car, ordered and picked up the part, replaced the part and topped off all of my fluids all in about 45 mins. The price was cool and the staff nice & accommodating. We were fixed and on the road in 45 mins. I'm thankful for all involved in making this minor inconvenience.... smooth. Made it to New Orleans a few hours later and had of weekend of food and debauchery.

The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder.
