They explained to me in official, great detail, and polite manner ,,,why my bill was OVER 400 dollars , HAD EXACTLY the SAME PROBLEM I brought it in for and were kind enough to CHARGE ME..... 180.00 dollars.... for a battery I could buy at Napa for less than 90.00 dollars the size of a solo cup and only CHARGED ME 67.00 dollars for what appears to be an average of a 5 to 10 min install with no speacial tools . EXCELLENT CHARGING SKILLS guys way to go !!!! If you need CHARGED this is your place !!!! Thank God they didnt FIX ANYTHING I couldnt afford the bill ?? After subpar experiences at the local Buick, Lincoln, and Ford dealerships (including returning with a dirty interior, dirty engine compartment, and not replacing with the synthetic oil for which I'd paid) I was delighted to find this local gem. All-Pro has been servicing/repairing my 2001 Lincoln Town Car for years. Sometimes it costs more than at others, but it costs to get your car serviced or repaired. The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder. This entire team was competent, professional, friendly, and mindful of my situation. I'm traveling alone for work and got caught in a storm when my wipers quit. This spot was the AAA garage, so I was kind of stuck. Needed to finish my workday, so agreed to get towed to the spot in hopes they wouldn't take advantage of my dire situation. They found the problem right away, then quickly located the assembly they needed to replace at a local Cadillac dealer. They explained everything as we went and even showed me the part that broke. I was back in the road in under four hours. The repair was reasonably priced. They even changed my (overdue) oil while I was there! I have a 2012 Chevrolet Volt, and despite all the constant bantering and very real hatred from people for owning an electric car we have had nothing but good things to say about it. In the first week of July 2018 the main display on the dashboard went completely dark, as in no indications at all! No speed, battery, fuel, lights, turn signals, NOTHING! So, I contacted the Milton Chevrolet Dealership Service department and dropped my Volt off, so they could "pull the codes" Take note of that statement it is important later. Later the same day the service department informed me that I would have to replace the Main Cluster, (it controls or directs EVERYTHING), and that I would have to pay for the part up front. Ok, no problem how much? As you might wonder it sounds VERY expensive, and $1,000.00 is by any means. So, I called the service department and asked VERY SPECIFICALLY is it over $1000.00 or is it $1000.00? Simple question, yes? The service agent said '$1000.00" OK I replied OMW with $1000.00. Can you guess? Yep, IT WAS MORE THAN $1000.00, so I sighed and said OK, and the service agent said Oh, I can make it $1000.00 and said no I'll pay the rest with my credit card and pulled out my wallet, but the agent worked on the computer and took the $1000.00 and handed me my receipt. While waiting for that bill to be paid the service manager and agent suggested I call the Dealership GM AND the Chevrolet Customer Care Line to see if they could help relieve some of the cost. I took this information seriously and made the calls. Can you guess again? NO RESPONSE! AT ALL! And then they sent me a survey, REALLY?! Well I decided to take the high road and wait to do the survey until AFTER the Volt repaired. So, on 15JULY2018 the service department called me and said the part was in and on 16JUL2018 I dropped the car off at 0700. At 3:00ish the service department called and said the Volt was ready. So OMW home from work I stopped and picked up my Volt and once again VERY SPECIFICALLY asked the service agent if and software had to be reinstalled, or firmware, or other services needed to be done, No was the answer, so then I asked once again VERY SPECIFICALLY is there a warranty on the new Main Cluster that they replaced and the agent said 2 or 3 years. Back to the survey; what would anyone reasonable think? Here is my response: When this dealership was Lou Sohb the dealership and service department were 20 out of 10! The Sandy & Bubba's dealership and service department are 2 out of 10. The General Manager is either afraid of customers or thinks they are beneath him because he refused to return my calls (AS THE SERVICE MANAGER SUGGESTED). We are buying a new car next month and it will not be a Chevy. 2 days later the Volt started throwing codes like child playing whack-a-mole, and it was everything, I mean errors I did not know even existed. I went back to the service department and showed the agent one error I managed to catch on my phone camera, and while I'm standing there the service manager walks up and says "see that survey, no" so the service agent starts spewing excuses at which point I said I'll call the Chevrolet Customer Care Line again since the service manager was VERY CLEAR they would not fix what they broke. August 9, 2018, the Volt completely shut down on a busy highway OMW home from work and had to be towed to ALL PRO TUNEUP; because they are the AAA shop in Milton. Let me say this right up front, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST" customer service, notification, I mean WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the people there have their CUSTOMER in mind period! They went so far as to make calls to the Chevrolet Corporation and U.S. Government to HELP ME! WHO DOES THAT?! The guys and gal are professional but PERSONAL! They took the time to not only try to get the Milton Chevrolet dealership to fix their mistake, but they also went to every dealership in the area to help, but to no avail. The Milton dealership General Manager told them that my Volt was not allowed on their PREMISIS. And the other dealerships do not have technicians for the Volt. The point is, GO TO ALL PRO TUNEUP! We recently purchased an used vehicle that we knew needed work, so we had All Pro perform an inspection. They notified us of the repairs needed and also explained them to us! They helped us prioritize what was most important & scheduled a time at our convenience to have them done! We brought the car in and had the repairs done in the exact time frame quoted & even received a follow up inquiring about how our vehicle was running and if we needed anything else! I have taken my vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed. I have everything done here and have NEVER had a problem.... not once. Once I bought new tires, from another store, and Gerald noticed the tires were egg shaped. I took the car back to the tire store and after 26,000 miles.... I received a brand new set of 4 tires at no charge. I once brought my car in and thought it was going to be an expensive repair.... but the mechanic tweaked a thingamajig and it was fixed at no charge. I have nothing but good things to report and if you want a fair and square deal.... they will do what they can to help your vehicle work well. They also rent uhaul. read more

Polite and helped by providing me a ride while my auto was being worked on BUT expensive and did not resolve problem...I actually believe they caused part of the problem. Also don't pay them to scan for a check engine light. I was charged and received the EXACT same information as the FREE scan down the road! I went home and researched the code myself, but their answer for charging for what others do free was they diagnose the problem. They did NOT. They also missed a cooling system leak that even I spotted with a neighbor (after being told by All Pro there was no leak) . While I waited two hours and did not have the 2 problems I was there for resolved, they found the time to photo my truck and to test all fluids so they could suggest a $650.00 job that was not even related to why I was there. Bottom line, if you have excess cash you want to spend on mediocre service then go here. read more

Well, this owner needs to be put out of business. I took my Nissan truck for an alternator. Weill he wanted to charge me twice as and was also going to keep the core charge. I told him I would pick one up and drop it off. Not done yet, he also advised I need a $1000.00 in repairs to my truck, this included Breaks, engine oil leak and one bolt on the right front wheel. This truck has 6 lug nuts and bolts and one was broke. Why would it have to be replaced. I told him to just put the alternator on the truck. His add says to trust him and he is one honest mechanic who would never replace parts that did not need to be replaced. That a lie. I had the items checked out by another shop and I was told everything was fine. The truck had over 200000 miles on it. This guy needs to go he is not honest at all. read more

Very disappointing. Over commits. Misdiagnosis 1st time & then sent to another place & it wasn't what all pro tune said. Went back & found problem after they told him it wasn't what Gerald diagnosised. Tried giving him a 2nd try. This time watched 5+ other cars and waited on an hour and half before even being asked for keys. Even tho i was 1 of only 2 people in there to begin with. He was only one up front, tons of hang up calls and unorganized. Over commits and under delivers a finished ticket. Spread thin and u feel 2nd best as he tries to attend to everyone. read more

Beware: these people need to be shut down!!! I went in to have my cracked radiator replaced and was later called at home and told I had a blown head gasket. They said their combustion test came back positive, and quoted me $1,700 to replace. I asked them to break down costs over phone and wrote everything down. I was told total labor was $816 over phone. After looking up prices on Internet, I found that they were charging me an outrageous amount for a "head gasket set", and then were charging me again seperately for everything already included in head gasket set!!!!!!! When I picked up the written estimate, all the parts he quoted me prices for were now missing, but absorbed into the now $1206.00 labor charge! These people need to be closed down! So I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, and after combustion testing and bubble testing and some other testing, my headgasket is perfectly fine! There had never been any problem with the head gasket. I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman!!! Again, these people need to be shut down. They are complete scammers in every way! BTW, Milton Auto Works fixed my radiator, they were quite honest and reasonable pricing. read more

This guy is a crook he quoted me $700 just for plug on my F150, The dealer did it for $250. A good friend of mine (Female) was ripped off and had sub stander work done when she called after the work was finished the engine started miss firing, they where rude and give her the run around didn't do a thing for her after she paid their ridiculous high price. read more
