I returned today with an issue on a tire, first time l've had a real issue, I called before to make sure it was still covered under warranty and it wouldn't be a problem for them to fix. I was reassure two times that it wouldn't be an issue and to bring in my tire, which I had already removed from my vehicle. Upon arriving after they looked at my tire, they informed me they could give me 50% off a new tire because of the tread left on my old tire. They informed me that they didn't have my old tire brand anymore, but could offer me one that was equivalent to what I had. He then proceeded to tell me that half of a new tire would bring my total to around $200. I told him I wasn't sure how that was possible when a brand new tire regular price was $200. Where did the 50% come in to play? He told me after mounting the tire on my rim and other fees it would be around $200. I had already removed the tire from my car so they weren't even having to put it on or off my vehicle. They told me even with a cheaper tire my total would still be around $170. I told him that the tire he was trying to sell me for $170 was listed brand new for $120 on THEIR OWN website so I was still confused when the half off came into play, how my total would be that much. Worst is customer service l've ever received from them. I took my tire and will now bring it to a local tire shop instead of counting on them. Let's just say the warranty and the things they make you feel like you need to purchase when you purchase new tires from them is unnecessary because it does not help when you have a real issue. Not sure if it's the new management that took over this establishment or if it's the new company that owns them but even with the warranty from them, I will no longer use them.

Matrix physically inspected the vehicle , and stated 2 belts need replacement while DeBroux said only one. As a single older woman with no family nearby and limited income, my truck's reliability is extremely important to me. The belts are my main concern -- without them working properly, my fear was the truck will soon become useless. I wanted assurance that after spending that much money, my truck would be reliable. When I politely raised this, the responses were snarky, sarcastic, (I think came from the owner himself) and rude. They said "look under the hood yourself" and "go to Kelly Hill". All customers, especially older women on fixed incomes, deserve basic respect and clear communication. Very disappointed. Rudeness and dismissive treatment from DeBroux hurt me deeply -- emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As an older single woman with limited support, being made to feel disrespected and like I had no right to ask for basic fairness or reliable service left me humiliated and drained, affecting my well-being and ability to show up fully for my patients and family. Since writing the above, I found a nice auto repair shop, with a very respectful owner, who told me "I didn't need to do any work now on it now". However, the other shop stated, when I"m ready (when the truck is giving me more problems), he would do the same work for 1/2 as much, saving me 1000 dollars. That is a 50% savings or a 100% savings since I need to do NOTHING now. This place is not as great as they think it is.

Shop personnel are very courteous and carefully explain what needs to be done and the costs involved. I used YouTube to review what the repair involved, and realized it was beyond my ability to desire to do the repair. The same car had the same repair before, and the bill was $164; at first I thought the $661 was pretty expensive; then I noted that the $164 repair cost was in 2018, so the higher cost could be a reflection of the increased cost of EVERYTHING since then. Would I take my car back for repair? Yes.

Instead, I was charged $125 for what felt like a basic OBD scan (same P0846 code I had already gotten for free at O'Reilly Auto Parts). I called for an update and the call was disconnected, would not be shocked if they hung up on me since I was very firm on the he call. They had told me they would call me back, but never did. No way should they have needed to keep my car overnight; I dropped it off in the morning and was told I'd get an estimate later that day, yet I only got the same vague "you need a new transmission" answer the next day. They quoted $4k-$6k for a replacement CVT without providing the live data, freeze-frame data, or proof I requested. I was shown a jar of dark fluid with metal debris, but there was no confirmation it was from my car. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed to put it mildly. This was more about selling a transmission replacement than giving me the thorough CVT diagnostic I paid for. I would not recommend this shop.
