I let the driver know I'm a student and show my student ID that says student on it but they seem to not believe me and give me a hard time saying I need to buy a bus pass or scan the app. I've never had to do that before. I don't always have to do this but I've noticed that recently they have been giving me a hard time and once I asked around, other students are experiencing similar issues when trying to ride.

Access is the worst transportation department ever!…read more Buses are always earlier or later than scheduled pick up, never on time! The bus drivers will honk coming down the street, and keep honking every second until you walk out. The route scheduling department is horrible! They will change a route in the middle of the day (even when they tell us that we're not allowed to do same day changes unless it's a cancellation) they'll add pick ups, make drivers reroute. My rider has sat on the bus for nearly 3 hours in one day because of this, on a ride that should have taken 30 min tops. Access will not alert you if they're going to be late dropping off the rider. You have to call and play their games to find out where they're at. All these issues are every day issues. Many call and complain, yet, the problems persist. For something that seemed incredibly handy for the disabled community. Access is the worst! If I could give -5 stars, I would! Avoid using access, and look into other private transportation.

Located an actual hop or so from San Manuel Stadium, home of the IE's 66ers (minor league baseball team) and many plaza or shopping center hubs in DTS Bernardino. Restrooms (also on the Metrolink trains), maps, paths, benches, kiosks, bike locker and racks being the top amenities. Not to mention connections to local metro busses, shuttles, rideshare and routes including the Metrolink Arrow which is the extension and goes as far as Redlands University. You can always find Metrolink staff and/or security not far away with helpful need to know information. Traveling through on a weekend there was a little bit of consistent rain and not as many places to wait it out between Metrolink arrivals or departures as they run way less frequently on Saturdays and Sundays, more so after 3pm. Weekend Passes (for a full day - valid until 3am from the time of purchase) are $10 and the best deal you could ever want or need - plan you commutes and trips accordingly with: metrolinktrains.com/schedules/ 5 to 10 day passes are best for week days commutes - you can purchase in the mobile app or ticket machine kiosks. I planned the trip from my house using Metro to Riverside then off to Vegas baby. At this point, your thinking; uhh, do you know you are rating Greyhound Bus lines? Well, here is what happened, I did not reserve my seat until the day of and you guessed it, by that time MegaBus was sold out. So I needed to find an alternative and I had heard about BoltBus, a Greyhound subsidiary. Unfortunately, there were no Bolt Buses leaving in the time frame I needed so I looked up Greyhound. Greyhound service was twice that of BoltBus and MegaBus. On top of that, I could only catch Boltbus in Union Station and I had no desire to go to LA although I would still like to try the service one day. So I have to go to San Bernardino to catch this regular bus, although it did have hook ups and WiFi [again, very very slow]. I am a big guy and my ass was sitting on the seat belt buckle for four and a half hours. I had to squeeze into the little guy sitting next to me. Although from his reaction, he looked like he was cold and I am a big heater [just sayin]. I think it will take a week to forget the pain my ass is in. I still feel the belt buckle latch!!!! We got off to a bad start because we were waiting on another bus to bring 5 more people. We ended up leaving an hour late. We skipped our stop in Barstow so we were only 15 or 20 minutes late to Vegas. Next time I will wait for the next MegaBus or Bolt bus and I WILL PRE-ORDER MY TICKETS WITH PLENTY OF TIME! Wan't super bad for a short trip but I don't think I could handle more that 4 hours on this bus.

They are 13 and 16 years old I bought them two tickets and unfortunately detectives needed to talk to them through the investigation as they are witnesses so I needed to cancel my tickets or push them until they're released from questioning. I called Greyhound and asked them nicely and I explained to them the situation. They said it's gonna be a $373 cancellation fee and I told them can I push the date maybe I'm not sure when they could be done there's a ongoing investigation ,I'm not sure.... they said it would be an extra hundred dollars plus a cancellation fee of $373. I wouldn't recommend this place at all no compassion no empathy not even understanding. Nobody spoke good English and I was hung up on the first time I called.

Maria was very responsive in making arrangements. Javonte, our driver, was courteous and chatty with our out of town guests. He was helpful in offloading guests safely from the van. When organizing events, transportation is so very important. It's the guests' first and last impression of the event. I'm delighted that Modern Shuttle provided a great experience for our guests.
