Horrible experience with Omnitrans. Hit my car with one of the loose tires and refuse to pay for the damage to my car. Will be reporting them to government agencies who regulate bus companies.

The frequency of bus 84 once a hour whether it's Monday thru Friday or weekends doesn't change same thing . Also stops to early whoever made these schedules they didn't think about the consumers how will it affect us only interested in themselves one sided biz Foothill transit use to be this way but they've come a long way oh I forgot bus service closed on holidays what a public provider closes on a holiday I hope mgmt takes a good long look at this service I hope and pray you will make adjustments

If I could I'd give omnitrans zero stars . One of there drivers name Todd Buckley hit my parked car in broad daylight he wouldn't even speak to me his field supervisor was the one to speak to me and all he could continue to say was call your insurance and let them know Omnitrans hit your vehicle and they will cover everything!! Called police made the report exchanged info it's been 3 months now still nothing go an attorney got ahold of the HR lady by the name of Susan Mendoza which she was no help sent me the claim for which took her 1 week to send to my attorney filled it out sent it in no response , days later she response with your claim was sent to a 3rd party nothing else! Then come to find out she not just blocked me but my attorney from contacting her I will be contacting headquarters next.

One of the main problems with OMNITRANS is that the PASSENGERS don't know how to catch the bus. They are NOT at the sign to be picked up. The passengers almost NEVER have their fare ready. The passengers want to ride for free. The passengers refuse to wear masks. The passengers want to fight the drivers for stating the rules and trying to keep everyone safe. The drivers don't get breaks on most routes, they drive 8+ hours daily with little to no time to simply stretch their legs. The drivers don't have time to use the restroom without the bus running late and passengers all up in their face. No one considers that the drivers are responsible for many lives on, off of and around the bus. The drivers are required to be perfect in every area, they literally can't make one mistake without receiving the MAXIMUM PENALTY. The drivers are constantly threatened, cussed at, called RACIAL SLURS and DISRESPECTED because the bus is late. The drivers don't make the bus late. The passengers make FALSE COMPLAINTS which causes the drivers every breath to be analyzed. Drivers have no time to de-stress. Stand at the bus sign, have your fare ready know where you are going, pay attention to know where you are getting off and things will go a lot smoother. The drivers love driving for you, they just need your cooperation.

Greyhound Horror Story - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE (Zero…read morestars if I could) This was the most disgraceful, inhumane, and unprofessional travel experience I've ever endured -- and I say that without exaggeration. I traveled round trip from California to Texas with my elderly grandmother, who suffers from joint pain and stiffness. What we thought would be an affordable and reliable option turned into a complete nightmare. Let's start with the bus itself: the photos and promises on Greyhound's website are blatant false advertising. The buses are old, uncomfortable, and falling apart. The seats barely recline, legroom is non-existent, and the ride becomes unbearable after just two hours. The WiFi was a joke, the outlets didn't work, and the air conditioning came and went as it pleased. The onboard restroom was disgusting -- more like a portable toilet in a junkyard than anything acceptable for human use. We experienced multiple delays, driver no-shows, and long, unexplained waiting periods at dirty terminals -- all while Greyhound offered zero communication or support. Stops for food were limited to 10-15 minutes at gas stations, where passengers were forced to choose between grabbing a bite or using the restroom. But none of that compares to what happened on the ride back. Our bus began overheating and breaking down in El Paso. The driver told everyone to unload because a replacement bus was on the way. That was a lie. After waiting inside the terminal for over three hours, we were finally informed that the driver had canceled and there would be no replacement bus. Worse -- the station was closing, and we were told we would have to wait outside, overnight, with no shelter, no hotel voucher, no food, no water, and no support. My elderly grandmother and I were left outside, stranded, for nearly 15 hours. Even then, we were told the next morning's bus might not have space for us -- and still, no guarantee of a refund. Greyhound left us homeless, hungry, and unsafe. This company should be ashamed. They have no business operating in the travel industry if this is how they treat people -- especially vulnerable passengers. If you're considering Greyhound: don't. Pay more. Fly. Drive. Walk if you have to. But do not trust this company with your time, your money, or your safety

It was only for a few hours, but it was so much fun! The owner/driver took us all over town, we stopped for photos, got to run the music from our phones and just had a fantastic time! We learned how he (the husband) got started, as his father has been in the Limo business for years and he and his wife decided that they would give their own business a shot. Currently they do it all themselves and it was perfect. There is room for about 20, but less would be much more comfortable. We had 8 and it was perfect and a total blast. The bus had some Halloween decorations, as well as the lights themed accordingly. If your looking for a limo, go with this party bus as you won't be disappointed. Our driver, Anna, started off pleasant when explaining the rules, but quickly proved to be reckless and unprofessional. Bait and Switch - The bus we were given was not the same bus shown to us at booking. What we got did not match what was promised. Unsafe Driving - Anna drove recklessly, making the ride uncomfortable and unsafe. False Damage Claim - At drop-off, she accused us of putting a hole in one of the seats. We had video proof from before departure showing the seat was already damaged, yet she insisted we were lying. Payment Issues - Anna demanded we Zelle her directly, even though my friend Jazzmin had already sent the payment to Virginia, the company's contact. Anna even claimed she didn't know who Virginia was--raising serious concerns about how this company operates. Hostage Situation - Anna blocked us in with the bus, refusing to let anyone leave until she got her so-called "extra" $100. When I asked her to move so I could pull out my car, she refused, forcing me to drive over my friend's lawn and a curb to leave. Time Scam - We paid for the bus until 5:30pm and arrived back at 6:00pm. The company does not charge for being 30 minutes late, and there is nothing in the contract that mentions extra fees for late arrivals. Yet Anna lied and said we owed her personally. She refused to move or leave until after 8:00pm, harassing us the entire time. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a transportation company. The driver was unprofessional, unsafe, dishonest, and essentially held us hostage. Additionally, after all this stress no discount or refund was offered by Virginia. I would never recommend this company to anyone--avoid at all costs.

Located an actual hop or so from San Manuel Stadium, home of the IE's 66ers (minor league baseball team) and many plaza or shopping center hubs in DTS Bernardino. Restrooms (also on the Metrolink trains), maps, paths, benches, kiosks, bike locker and racks being the top amenities. Not to mention connections to local metro busses, shuttles, rideshare and routes including the Metrolink Arrow which is the extension and goes as far as Redlands University. You can always find Metrolink staff and/or security not far away with helpful need to know information. Traveling through on a weekend there was a little bit of consistent rain and not as many places to wait it out between Metrolink arrivals or departures as they run way less frequently on Saturdays and Sundays, more so after 3pm. Weekend Passes (for a full day - valid until 3am from the time of purchase) are $10 and the best deal you could ever want or need - plan you commutes and trips accordingly with: metrolinktrains.com/schedules/ 5 to 10 day passes are best for week days commutes - you can purchase in the mobile app or ticket machine kiosks. Good landscaping. Huge parking lot. Easy riding.
