Uber has gotten too expensive... DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stops keep closing and opening and closing again. The drivers never adhere to the schedules. You think you can transfer to another bus in time because you have over over 10 minutes layover time? Forget it!! Somehow they will MAKE DAMN SURE you are late by a minute or two. And the next bus is not for another hour. And sometimes, ironically, busses leave 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time, leaving you zero time to transfer from the previous bus. Ride OmniTrans if you are a masochist, who enjoys wasting half a day between two busses. I am fed up and will never come to Ontario again because of how horrid OmniTrans is.

This review is reflection on Grey Hound stop. Secondly on the staff of the building. A storm came in and delays happened the first 2 hours I was mesmerized. Gorgeous landmark to relax a bit and nice big clean restrooms. Easy getting in and out especially if you are on wheels . In short if your phone dies you will need an ID or CA ID of course all states accept or will not board. if you do not have your ID and your phone is not you will not board. After 5 hours of waiting this where it got suspenseful my phone was dying. Make notes the entire train station including restrooms. DOES NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF CHARGING YOUR PHONE. THEN NO ONE GIVES A DAMN. As in no customer service. I can write about the tone I got for asking for help to charge my phone? I asked for help with two men denying me to charge my phone. Deep sigh because that's sad. How we collectively are disconnected as human empathy goes. So write notes specially if this going tobe a pit stop. Bring your extra chargers as to keep your or be able to your phone. The snack shop or not one vender or coffee or no Cafe. The some few snacks but not really much. This could of gotten really bad for me when the second Grey never made it. But I got lucky I had some $$ to get out on lyft. But make notes if you have no id you can not board with your QR code on your phone. Just do yourself a favor have it ready to be scanned. Or print it out. Or all the above. To best CYA (cover your Ass) As of October 2024 you are required especially in person to show id to purchase tickets. Not so on your phone application or kiosk. So its smoother if you buy and have everything on your phone app. But in case phone dies then you have a print out. Then you will need an ID even if they look you up. Im not sure if I will come back to visit the museum next door. Perhaps one day but in short its not designed or set up for customer service. Its just a ride and thats it. Additionally the building its self is absolutely gorgeous. How ever its really stripped and its not cosie or not loved. Im not sure how to point the finger of what i found wrong or missing. Like a thing of the passed? As the entire conceptof a trainstation? Some of its views are mesmerizing. You can view others pictures i do not need to say more. The pictures are captivating. Perhaps what im trying to say just be ready or have a backup plan if you have delays. The day I traveled waa yesterday in a Monday and poured like cats and dogs. Ps i brought my lunch and my soda pop. So plan on bringing snacks. Most importantly plan making sure your phone will not die and you have no ID. Or make sure u do come with ID. Just safe travels. To those that care and work for this establishment or institution. Why no customer service? Is the system that broken? That I'm told "Those are the Rules" of "no charging or letting you help with the electricity, of a charging of one phone? Just saying you are not having a nice attitude. What ever happened for customer service? Another lastly side bird note if you walk around nowhere you will find an out let to charge. Maybe bring a laptop or extra battery to keep you afloat while you are stuck in a delay. But clearly every single outlet was removed or sealed shut. Lots of lights everywhere security is present at all times on high alert. Yeah yeah but they are rude and fast to use harsh tones and firm. No smiles just look at you like your stupid. Parking lot has a lot of lights and grey hound buses come in stop near the bridge. Ok I think I made my point but do not expect much guidance either my best advice. Check out YouTube does and don't. In conclusion this stop does not offer any to non customer service. Shameful because I saw many confused people. Then to my dismay I received an email at 3:30 something AM?? That my last bus was pushed till 5:45 AM.? So imagine that your phone dies and how will you access to your email? So I wrote this long winded review really more to bring awareness and in hope to safe someone alot of grief. I made it ok but I learned some lessons stopping at this old unloved train station. To be continued. Be safe.

Located an actual hop or so from San Manuel Stadium, home of the IE's 66ers (minor league baseball team) and many plaza or shopping center hubs in DTS Bernardino. Restrooms (also on the Metrolink trains), maps, paths, benches, kiosks, bike locker and racks being the top amenities. Not to mention connections to local metro busses, shuttles, rideshare and routes including the Metrolink Arrow which is the extension and goes as far as Redlands University. You can always find Metrolink staff and/or security not far away with helpful need to know information. Traveling through on a weekend there was a little bit of consistent rain and not as many places to wait it out between Metrolink arrivals or departures as they run way less frequently on Saturdays and Sundays, more so after 3pm. Weekend Passes (for a full day - valid until 3am from the time of purchase) are $10 and the best deal you could ever want or need - plan you commutes and trips accordingly with: metrolinktrains.com/schedules/ 5 to 10 day passes are best for week days commutes - you can purchase in the mobile app or ticket machine kiosks. Greyhound Horror Story - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE (Zero…read morestars if I could) This was the most disgraceful, inhumane, and unprofessional travel experience I've ever endured -- and I say that without exaggeration. I traveled round trip from California to Texas with my elderly grandmother, who suffers from joint pain and stiffness. What we thought would be an affordable and reliable option turned into a complete nightmare. Let's start with the bus itself: the photos and promises on Greyhound's website are blatant false advertising. The buses are old, uncomfortable, and falling apart. The seats barely recline, legroom is non-existent, and the ride becomes unbearable after just two hours. The WiFi was a joke, the outlets didn't work, and the air conditioning came and went as it pleased. The onboard restroom was disgusting -- more like a portable toilet in a junkyard than anything acceptable for human use. We experienced multiple delays, driver no-shows, and long, unexplained waiting periods at dirty terminals -- all while Greyhound offered zero communication or support. Stops for food were limited to 10-15 minutes at gas stations, where passengers were forced to choose between grabbing a bite or using the restroom. But none of that compares to what happened on the ride back. Our bus began overheating and breaking down in El Paso. The driver told everyone to unload because a replacement bus was on the way. That was a lie. After waiting inside the terminal for over three hours, we were finally informed that the driver had canceled and there would be no replacement bus. Worse -- the station was closing, and we were told we would have to wait outside, overnight, with no shelter, no hotel voucher, no food, no water, and no support. My elderly grandmother and I were left outside, stranded, for nearly 15 hours. Even then, we were told the next morning's bus might not have space for us -- and still, no guarantee of a refund. Greyhound left us homeless, hungry, and unsafe. This company should be ashamed. They have no business operating in the travel industry if this is how they treat people -- especially vulnerable passengers. If you're considering Greyhound: don't. Pay more. Fly. Drive. Walk if you have to. But do not trust this company with your time, your money, or your safety
