To be honest, looking into dual citizenship on my own felt like walking through a long tunnel with no end. I had even spoken to others who tried by themselves and unfortunately failed. This was something I truly wanted to achieve for myself and for my familia. Gracias a Dios, se logró. Being born in the United States with strong Mexican roots, this was very meaningful to me. I am so grateful for Maury's guidance in making this dream a reality.

The representative that I initially spoke to when I walked into the office was very pleasant and provided me with the information that I needed along with an ETA on how long it would be to see someone. I had a very good first time experience at this office and would go again in the future.

Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.

Ambience: You walk in and the place is a small market with "The Green Shack" nestled inside. Looks…read morelike there are 4 businesses in one location. Definitely a hole in the wall! But, aren't these the best places for some food? The menu can be a bit overwhelming if you're new. There are a lot of options. But, to an adept foodie you quickly find what you've been craving. I ordered 3 sandwiches: The Joker & The Thief: -the pastrami is cooked in their Joker sauce. I had it on a toasted French roll. Added mayo with some pickles! I also opted for "The Thief" which is added cubed BBQ Brisket for +2$ dollars! I smacked that thing down in the car so quick. What I mean to say is, I took the first bite and all the flavors came together perfectly. I could not put the sandwich down. I ate the sandwich so fast I may have lost a little oxygen to the brain as I inhaled the sandwich. Now, I'm contemplating how I can come back to order another sandwich one I live 5hrs away. I still have 2 more sandwiches for the ride home. One is the Green Shack sandwich (Turkey, Avo, & Bacon) and a chopped sandwich Don't judge me.... Yeah I'm an under cover BIG BACK. Anyways - This is a must try if you're in the area. I came in on a Friday and there was a wait. But it was definitely worth it. As I walked out I found $15 on the sidewalk. Keep your head on swivel there is a lot going on in the neighborhood. I give the place 5 Stars well deserved. "I'll be back!" - Terminator Voice

Francisco and his wife Juanita are not attorneys, they never profess to be (he was very up front…read moreabout it as a matter of fact), although many in the Latino community call them "abogados". Yes, sometimes they are hard to get a hold of. Remember they are a "mom and pop" company. What they do is shoot you straight. We have referred friends for which he told them their best bet is to wait and hang low. The service he brings is guiding you through the process, processing the forms for you, and steering you through for success. In our case my wife had illegally crossed and had been caught at the border, processed, and returned to Mexico. Normally this is open and shut case, you are never getting a green card. Today she is a Citizen, with even a SENTRI card. How's that for a success story. Yes we paid a bunch, mainly in fees to the U.S. Yes she had to go back with my toddler for 3 months and process at Ciudad Juarez. But it all worked out thanks to Francisco. He referred me to psychologists to help with documentation of impacts, etc. to strengthen the case and other hugely helpful hints. After the green card he helped her along and gave advice for free. She trusts him completely and still stays in contact. He helped my MIL get her green card as well. Don't fool yourself, you WILL have to do a lot of work and you will get what you put into it. There is no guarantee he can help everyone and a lot will depend on your own particular circumstances. But for someone caught, deported, and everything else to get citizenship and Trusted Travel Partner status with CBP, you can judge what he can do for yourselves!

I came to DNExpress after a long, exhausting road. I'd been trying to get my Mexican nationality…read morerecognized through the consulate for a long time, and kept hitting a wall -- denials, shifting requirements, and no clear path forward, even after I'd done everything asked of me. I was ready to give up. But this was never just paperwork for me. My wife's U.S. citizenship is still pending, and the truth is none of us know for certain what the future holds. Securing my own Mexican nationality was how I made sure that whatever happens, my family stays together -- that we always have a country we can call home, all of us, side by side. That's what was really on the line. DNExpress took the case on and found the route that actually worked. Mine was not a simple case, and the rules themselves seemed to shift under our feet more than once -- but every single time the ground moved, they adapted and kept trying to help me the best way they possibly could. Were there hiccups along the way? Of course. But through all of it, I never once doubted that they genuinely cared about me as a client and about getting this right. That kind of care is rare, and you feel it. I'll be honest -- my case involved so many follow-up calls that several of their staff now know me by name. I don't know if that's a good thing or not. To the team reading this: lo siento for all the calls! But please know I saw every bit of the effort and care you poured into my case, and I'm more grateful than I can say. The result speaks for itself: my Mexican birth certificate arrived in the mail, and I'm now officially a dual citizen -- something years of trying through official channels could never produce. For anyone with more than a document on the line, for anyone fighting to protect the people they love, these are the people who can get it across the finish line. To the whole DNExpress team, from the bottom of my heart -- gracias.
