My mom was very stressed out because we needed the escrow paperwork notarized ASAP, so I reached out to Heather. We went to see Heather the next day. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Heather was quick to point out that our escrow agent sent the paperwork out of order and was missing pages. While in her office, we called our escrow agent and Heather was happy to speak with her. Heather was very thorough in explaining to our escrow rep about the mistakes with the paperwork, and was adamant she could not assist us without this error being corrected. Even when the escrow agent was trying to say otherwise, Heather was quick to stand her ground and explain that legally, she could not have the documents notarized without the correction. Our escrow agent emailed the corrected paperwork over, along with the missing pages. For a small fee, Heather printed them out for us, which saved us time from having to go home and print them out ourselves. Throughout this ordeal Heather was very patient. Not once did we get a sense that she was irritated, or trying to rush us out. Her fees are extremely reasonable. We felt that we were in good hands and left her office feeling relieved to get everything notarized on time. Definitely give Heather a call when notary services are needed. Called her heading to the building because I made a wrong turn which she gracefully aided the directions. Came in and sat down to which she immediately asked if I had the form for my live scan, my employer did not previously send it to me but Heather was reassuring and comforting and allowed me to wait there until they emailed my form. She completed my live scan quickly, efficiently, and engaged with my father and I during the entire appointment keeping such a positive vibe. We asked her what other services they provide and she was ready to discuss every kind of service ABC has to offer! She did say that the girl that the girl that was there wasn't really of any help . When the scanner wouldn't work my daughter would just keep trying it. The girl didn't try to help her guide it. How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.

Original review below: I normally do not leave Yelp reviews, but this experience was disrespectful enough that people deserve to know before coming here. I went to this fingerprinting location multiple times while balancing work, school in the morning, and another shift later in the day. I was exhausted and simply trying to complete a required process correctly without wasting more time or trips. The first time I was missing my ID. The second time I had my ID but did not realize I needed the fingerprint form physically with me. That part was my mistake, and I fully accepted it. The problem was not the paperwork -- it was the way I was treated when I tried asking clarification questions. The slim lady dressed in black kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask what exactly was needed on the form so I could come back fully prepared. Instead of answering professionally, she kept repeating the same thing over and over in a very dismissive tone. I was frustrated, yes, but throughout the entire interaction I stayed within respectful etiquette. I never yelled, insulted anyone, or called anyone names. At one point I said, "I understand, I'm not stupid," because I was trying to explain that I understood what she was saying and was only asking for clarification. Her response to me was: "But you're acting like one." Completely unacceptable. No employee should ever speak to a customer that way, especially someone who is calmly trying to complete required fingerprinting after a long day. If this is how they treat people over simple questions, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
