She did not represent my interests and instead acted like a mediator, which is not why their office was hired. JC could not even convey to the court which days each party was to have my daughter. She gave inaccurate information which would have reduced my custodial time with my daughter. My mom had to shout NO from the back of the court room and the judge had to stop the proceedings so that JC could get it right. The judge she was visibly frustrated I would not recommend JC, save your money or go elsewhere.

Called to make an appointment for estate planning/trust the person who answered the phone was…read moreasking questions without telling me why she was asking questions so when I ask, she said, I need to know if you had a previous trust before I can make an appointment I told her I did over 20 years ago, but nothing's in the trust and that house was sold She said I am messaging the attorney right now asking the attorney if I should make an appointment She came back and said the attorney said not interested. I asked why would he not be interested?. this is what his business is is the state planning and creating trust. I thought it was pretty rude that all he said was not interested without saying anything further or any guidance further. I thought he could've said show me that the previous trusses revoked then Callback or give her some guidance. But for him to just say not interested and for the lady on the phone to not tell me why she's asking all these questions and just emailing him while I'm on the phone waiting to make an appointment knowing nothing about what's going on or why he would not be interested. It was just a waste of time and unprofessional.
