He kept saying he moved out, he's in urgent care, his computer broke down, him and his wife are getting a divorce, he's living in a hotel.. etc. I just told him to mail me the check which fees are for Uscis because those are for uscis. This guy in unbelievable. He takes advantage of people... I reported him to the police. And the police said they can't arrest him because we voluntarily gave him a check. I think there's collusion. Be careful guys. His real name is Ronald Lais. He was convicted before.

Plan on coming during working regular business hours cuz they close at 5PM. Seriously, if AAA offers it, I'll pull up to get the 411. The staff is super helpful. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.
