Our payments were payable to him not USCIS. He fooled us. He got a total of $5,270 dollars from us (me, dad and uncle) Now he is not answering our calls and did not even send us our money back. Those fees are for USCIS, not for him. This person is a scammer. He kept saying he moved out, he's in urgent care, his computer broke down, him and his wife are getting a divorce, he's living in a hotel.. etc. I just told him to mail me the check which fees are for Uscis because those are for uscis. This guy in unbelievable. He takes advantage of people... I reported him to the police. And the police said they can't arrest him because we voluntarily gave him a check. I think there's collusion. Be careful guys. His real name is Ronald Lais. He was convicted before.

Exceptional Customer Service - Ralph at Buena Park City Hall Passport Services…read more I want to take a moment to recognize Ralph from the Buena Park City Hall Passport Services because employees like him deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated. We made an honest mistake and showed up on the wrong date for our passport appointment. We had already taken the day off from work and school specifically for this appointment, so we were understandably worried and disappointed that we might have to reschedule and lose another day. Fortunately, one appointment did not show up, and Ralph went above and beyond by kindly accommodating us. What could have been a very stressful and frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of his compassion and professionalism. Ralph was calm, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind from beginning to end. I also watched him assist the couple ahead of us, and that really stood out to me. He was just as patient and attentive with them, taking the time to answer their questions and make sure they understood everything. His patience did not feel forced--it was clear that he genuinely cares about helping people. That level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. Ralph is truly a model employee and an incredible asset to the City of Buena Park. I strongly believe he deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month and should absolutely be considered for advancement and promotion. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help represent exactly what outstanding public service should look like. Please make sure Ralph knows that his kindness did not go unnoticed. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Ralph reminded us how much of a difference one thoughtful and dedicated employee can make. Thank you, Ralph, for going above and beyond and for treating us with such kindness and respect. You made a stressful situation so much easier for us, and we are truly grateful. Buena Park City Hall is very fortunate to have you! Ralph deserves to be recognized, appreciated, and celebrated. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.
