Another year, another fantastic service by Matt!…read more Matt is always fantastic at communicating with us regarding scheduling and letting us know if there's any issues with any of our equipment. He's exceptionally knowledgeable and, at this point in our partnership, knows his way around our building like the back of his hand, which makes life a lot easier on us as he pretty much self-services. We also let him know we would be moving buildings later this year and he made sure to advise us to take our extinguishers with us, so we could continue our annual services without having to purchase all-new equipment and save on fees. Thank you again Matt!

After installing the new fire extinguishers, Matt assured us that he would handle annual refills…read moreautomatically, eliminating the need for us to send reminders. He would take care of the service, generate the invoices, and we would simply pay him. The convenience of this arrangement was a major selling point for us. However, when the time for the annual service arrived, we found there was no automatic refill. Upon reaching out via email to request the service, Matt explained that, since our apartments are in Montclair and he is based in Orange County (Placentia), the 40-mile round trip for such a small job was not feasible for him, and he declined to provide the service.

Look no further, you have found the right partner with Symons Fire Protection!!!…read more We own and operate a 100,000-square-foot working warehouse, and our commercial sprinkler project involved a large team, many moving parts, and strict requirements around our schedule, inventory, and day-to-day business. Choosing the right fire protection partner for a project of this size was a big decision. After months of bidding and vetting companies, we met with Gary B. to discuss what the project would require. We felt confident we had chosen the right team - and Symons did not disappoint. From start to finish, everyone was professional, thoughtful, and committed to getting the job done right. Because we needed the warehouse operating during the day, the crew worked night shifts and took great care of our building and product. They helped us prepare each evening, protected our clothing inventory with tarps, and worked carefully around our racking. They figured out how to complete the work without requiring us to move racks or disrupt our business. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule - even with additional underground pipe replacement we added along the way. Symons helped us pass our inspections smoothly so we could move forward with the high-pile storage permitting we needed. We worked with this crew for more than seven months and built a great relationship. Waile, our project manager, communicated changes clearly and made sure change orders were fair. Josh, our superintendent, was attentive, on site regularly, and took excellent care of our account. He was the glue that kept us altogether. Jorge, our foreman, and the crew were on site every day, coordinating with us on what needed to be ready for the next night's work. Their care and attention made a challenging project feel manageable. A special thank-you to those with boots on the ground, day in and day out - Josh, Jorge, Alejandro, Tony, Juan, and Oscar - you all did outstanding work and should be proud of what you accomplished. The experience was so positive that we've chosen Symons for our ongoing fire protection needs, and we're looking forward to working with Karen, Silvia, and the service team. If you need a professional partner who will work closely with you and take care of your business throughout a major project, we highly recommend Symons Fire Protection.

Our diligence paid off as from online communications with Silvia Galaz, through Shane Mortensen their onsite Fire Life Safety Inspector, the services received were stellar. Shane also provided insight on additional fire safety issues, which will now save us time and money. We were ready to install new EXIT signage, and if it were not for Shane's knowledge, that work ... would have had to been done ... twice. Thank you Symons. Thank you Silvia and Shane.

I bought a house in 2011 that had fire sprinkler heads throughout and I always wondered what…read morecondition the entire system was in. I called OC Fire Protection and they sent an inspector to take a look. They noted that the system was active/working, but that all of my sprinklers (except in a mechanical room) were recalled. They provided a quote for replacement of all of the heads and gave me two options (white or chrome). It took a little over a day to replace all of them (45 heads in all) but they provided a completed and signed inspection report for the system to show it had been inspected and the necessary repairs had been made. I also purchased the spare head box which they mounted in my garage that contains extra sprinklers and the installation wrenches (six extra sprinklers, two of each type installed in the system). Jered was great to work with, responded quickly, I felt the quote was reasonable for the work performed, and as far as I know they did not have to do any sheet rock work in order to replace any of the heads. Half due up front, balance upon completion. When they came separately to install the spare head box, they called when they would be in the area on another job, and they just swung by and installed in my garage. Easy. I would definitely recommend them to any home owner looking to have their system inspected or repaired.
