Dropped the TV off, left a very reasonable deposit (less than any other place I called). Within 2 days I got a call back with the estimate for repair which was again within an expected price range and had it ready for pickup within a few days. Highly recommended for any TV repairs you might need. In my case I was not sure whether I would pay the money to fix the TV or just replace it and therefore I didn't want to lose a lot of money for the diagnostic portion of the service, Zimmerman's only charges $45 compared to other who were well over $70. The cost of repair was worth it so they went ahead and fixed my TV. Plus the guys working there offered me some great tips on selecting TVs.

So my laptop gave out on me and I was shopping around to trying to find somebody local and cheap that would fix it. These are one of the friendliest places that I talked to and they were offering pretty good rates, but I went with a slightly better rate and honestly for the service that I got, and the problems that it has caused, I kind of wish I would have gone with these people instead. But hindsight is 20/20 isn't it.

Pros: (a) It was cheaper than it would have been at a big name store. In fact the big name stores said it was unfixable. (b) it's a little family owned place and their kids are often in-store (c) it's right near where I live, and in a very expensive area, which makes their lower prices a real blessing (d) they fixed the computer Cons: (a) It was more expensive than I thought it'd be. Their cleaning services are competitive, but fixing my keyboard really added to the price. (b) It took nearly a month to fix, and that was a very frustrating time. (c) Instead of fixing the Windows issue properly, they installed some weird faux-Windows on there. It worked, but it wasn't legit. (d) They weren't always so friendly with me. Nevertheless, I recommend this place to people wanting to support local businesses, and save money.
