Never again! we'd give no stars, if we could. We've…read morepurchased many appliances here over the years, and have never had a bad experience. We won't patronize them again, for sure. We purchased a d/w and a OTR microwave, and paid for installation. The mess that was left behind was no where near "broom clean." In addition, when we opened our front door later in the evening, we found boxes, plastic wrapping, parts, etc strewn across our steps! the employees had entered thru our rear door, so we had no idea they had left such a mess behind. not only was the d/w poorly installed, it took us sending multiple photos and e/mails and making several phone calls to get someone out to correct the issue. We try to support local companies, but when friends purchased appliances for less money from one of the big boxes, had no installation problems and no debris left behind, why would anyone shop at orvilles? Past experience certainly no longer predicts current service.

Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. I received a phone call about 2:15pm letting me know that my phone was done. I got there and they had just started charging it and it was up to 12%. They said all the batteries that they get that are brand new are at zero and they all have to be charged up to 100%. The regular price for having it put in and for the battery was about $119 but I had a coupon for $10 off so I only paid about $109 which was nice. The employees were nice very nice and answered every question I had. They were quite busy in there. There are a lot of customers coming and going. I would definitely go back there for another battery or if my screen breaks or any other damage to my phone that needs repair. They also repair Computers and it showed on Yelp. I believe that they also fix Nintendo switches, which is really nice to know. So far my battery seems to be holding a charge definitely longer than my other one did.

I've purchased a Ricar canister vacuum and an upright from Super Vacuums and have had them for a few years. Not only are they excellent machines (I have 4 cats and these vacuums make pet hair disappear like magic), the service is the best you could possibly receive and very affordable. Bill keeps a record of service and repairs, and he patiently answers any questions. He is meticulous about going the extra mile, making sure everything about your vacuum is clean and in working order before it is returned to you. And he does this within a reasonable time -- sometimes, if the problem is simple enough -- on the spot! I highly recommend this store for both purchases and repairs. read more

Over the holidays, I needed to have my "expensive" Miele vacuum checked out because it wasn't working as well as it had when I bought it....Now the dilemma...where to go and who to trust...I choose to go to Bill at SuperVacuums on the Blvd. and I am glad I did. Bill couldn't of been nicer, diagnosed the problem and was able to get the manufacturer to cover all the costs under the machine's warranty.....at no cost to me. I have been in Super Vacuums many times before and left very satisfied. This time, I was in search of a Miele canister vac which I had priced on Amazon. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions even after finding out I intended on buying on Amazon. Then a very cool thing happened; Bill beat the Amazon price and his vacuum included attachments that weren't in the Amazon "deal" and the warranty was substantially longer and better!! He even offered to take my old vacuum, clean it up and donate to charity!! How can you beat that?!! I will continue to buy local and support the little guy(although Bill is quite tall)!!!! read more

He is the most affable, knowledgeable salesperson I have had the pleasure to deal with in years. I recently lost my wife to cancer, and Bill has never once thought it odd that I would be having trouble adapting to house cleaning and how to do it better. We were having a problem with our Bissell rug shampooer. It had a leak at the bottom,so we called tech. service and were refered to Supervacuums (Tech.Service could not help.) Bill at supervacuums answered all our questions and told us what the problem was. He called the company and handled all the paperwork and got a new shampooer for us within a week. My mom is a senior on a fixed income. Bill always takes the time to explain her best options and is extremely patient with her. He has always given her a great price on tune-ups and cleaning and has never been pushy about purchasing a new machine. Went to Supervacuums for a repair on a Shark stick vacuum. Turns out , Shark is proprietary so they don't sell their parts! We finally matured up and decided to buy a better brand vacuum and WOW!!! we could tell a difference instantly! We purchased a SEBO from Rosiek's (never heard of them before visiting Rosiek's). It was a little pricier than a vacuum from one of the box stores, but once you use it, the quality speaks for itself. All in all, give Rosiek's a try - they really do know vacuums!

For most folks - like my wife and I - the dryer vent is not a major thought. We take the filter out, clean it, and return it - and believe we have done all we can to keep our dryer clean and safe (i.e., fires do result from a build-up of lint). But we were surprised - and shocked--one day to find the dryer filter would no longer fit. A flashlight look revealed a horrible build-up of lint, packed so hard it could not be scraped. My wife contacted C & J for no particular reason, and wow: they fixed the problem, to be sure. But they did more than that: showing me before and after pictures of the lint build up, cleaning the vents, and charging an extremely fair price. On top of that the two folks - Chris and Joann - were friendly, engaging, and patient with my questions.
