The Kalbi and the pepper steak was extremely salty. The quality of the sticky ribs was terrible and not even chewable. The only thing they took off the check was the Kalbi. When I asked for a manager one never came to the table. Service wasn't good enough. read more

A good dinner last night... BUT, the AC was broken! No, I'm not kidding & yes, it was 115°! I'm not going to take any stars off for that. The service was pretty good. We started off with a delicious drink called Yuzu & that was yummy. Calamari was wonderful, the spicy mayo sauce was so good that I wanted extra! The Honey chicken was probably my favorite, I loved the crispy noodles. The cashew chicken was nice & spicy, but very little chicken, It was mostly all veggies. And the, walnut shrimp had three pieces of shrimp for 40 bucks, so that was not cool. But, overall, we would probably come here again, and I would definitely get the spicy calamari and the delicious honey chicken! But, I would call ahead & make sure the AC is working! Because it was absolutely horrific! read more

Great views, service, and food! Highly recommend for an intimate dinner. The chicken and wontons were fab

Let me start by say thing this was hard to find. If you park in g e structure, you have to walk across the entire casino past the front desk to almost Las Vegas Blvd to find their elevator. I feel like this place is trying to find their identity. You walk in and ambiance is nice. I feel like the graphics were tight on budget. It was ok. The menu had a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai food. I came here on a Saturday night with my husband before the dinner rush. This place is small so make reservations. People were turned away when we left. Not a huge menu but kinda confused at what type of restaurant this was. The skewers were good but so tiny! The fried rice was flavorful and a little much on the black pepper. Lettuce wraps were eh. I don't recommend. We only got appetizers but I'll give it one more try before I decide to refer anyone here. read more

First time there last night. Dining with a very special lady. Was able to get a window seat. Being on the 16th floor an amazing view of the city and the strip. Happy Hour had buy one get one on small plates. We tried ribs, egg rolls, calamari and Jerky. All great except the egg rolls which were burnt. Then we added a tiger shrimp dish and a Jayde sushi roll which was amazing. Finished it off with malasada for dessert. Joy was an awesome server. An excellent experience and a perfect place for a special date night. Recommended read more

Ok so this was our first experience at Jayde at (level)16.. first off the views are absolutely spectacular of the strip from this elegant and romantic restaurant. I'd been very excited for quite some time to try this newish Asian restaurant.. we were seated promptly on a round table, party of 6 overlooking the strip.. service was polite and seamless with a very Young waiter and less seasoned staff than I'm used to in nicer dining establishments... but zero complaints with the service.. I did love the restaurant,.. BUT.. I wasnt overly impressed with the cuisine.. pricing was very fair considering but execution wasn't . My favorite items ordered were the honey chicken which was sweet n crispy, ahi tuna tacos, savory oxtail soup simmered to perfection, and the calamari done perfectly. What I didn't care for so much were chicken lettuce cups(a fave of mine), kalbi short ribs a little tough and thin, seared salmon nigiri and spicy tuna roll just ok(ordered eel sauce to the rescue), grilled broccoli(past fresh) was sent back.. overall read more

Unfortunately, this may easily be the worst meal I've had as a local in Las Vegas. Bartender was great. View was phenomenal. But my Trader Joe's microwave meals are so far superior than our $100 tab it's mind blowing. Come for cocktails and the view. Eat anywhere else :( read more

Great view first of all. Service could be better but was not bad. It was not very busy that evening and it did take a while to get seated with a reservation and also the food took a little long to arrive. Food options felt a bit limited but they were tasty. We split the pepper steak dish (delicious), some noodles and a few sushi rolls. I did notice when they serve the A5 steak, it gets smokey and very strong smoke smell in restaurant. Not very pleasant for the small space. Overall, I would return - more for the amazing view, drinks and some bites. I prefer more options on the menu when dinning though. read more

This review is for tonight's dinner at Jayde 16. I ordered the ramen that was absolutely dreadful! The broth was thin and watery, with no taste at all. I think that the chef put milk in it to look rich, but it was a joke. I tried adding soy sauce to the broth, but it didn't help. Horrible meal! As if the ramen itself wasn't bad enough, there was a long, course hair in it. Disgusting! I should have sent the soup back to the kitchen, but we were there with friends, and I didn't want to make a scene. I did take the soup home to my dogs. They don't mind watery broth and are used to hairs in their food! I left the restaurant hungry and sad. Such a shame because I paid full price, plus tip. Note that reputable restaurants simmer their ramen broth for over 24 hours. This creates a flavorful, rich broth. Maybe Jayde 16 should do that, or remove the offering from the menu. With that said, the staff is lovely and attentive. It wasn't their fault that the dish was revolting. I hope that the manager sees this and makes adjustments in the kitchen. read more

Delicious food with a great view reasonably priced. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Nothing special. I had big eye tiuna and salmon sashimi, both of which were chewy and did not taste fresh. The selection of rolls is very limited and not interesting so I didn't bother. I had the Thai beef salad. They use ribeye which is not ultimately a good choice, because there were a lot of chewy fatty bits. Also, the lettuce comes in big hunks, so I had to spend several minutes cutting my salad. My friend had the Matcha cheesecake for dessert, which was definitely more cake than cheesecake. Service was OK but not great. read more

Excellent food, tasty, fresh, different and unique honestly exceed our expectations. Service very good, ambience elegant, cozy, espectacular view and comfortable seats. I can't wait to be back in summer time. Thanks to everyone at Jayden @ 16! Highly recommend! read more

This was my second time at this newish restaurant on the rooftop at the M Resort. The view from this restaurant is AMAZING! I really like their cocktail menu. I had the lychee maitai last time but went with the sake breeze this time. I enjoyed both drinks very much. The sushi is okay. It's good but it's not going to be the best sushi you've ever had. I feel like all their food is good but not mind blowingly good. The reason I go here is for the view and ambience. The servers are nice too. read more

The restaurant has a beautiful view, service , and appetizers are good enough for higher end Asian food, but the entrees just didn't make it to my Asian palate. From the crab fried rice(hardly any taste, just oily) and Lomein (the black pepper flavor was overload). Sorry I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! read more

Nice view of the strip, good food. If you sit at the bar the service is not great. I don't understand why the bartenders take so long to realize customers may want a drink. I recommend that they check on the customers as they walk back and forth 14 times. I like to recognize good service.. Seems to be rare.... read more

Besides the ambience everything which would be the food most importantly and the service need much improving. Our soup was cold, 1 soup had a hair in it. No apologies it was just terrible. As well as our service. Slow and terrible unless you are going to have a drink at the bar and see the view don't waste your time and money. read more

Delicious food. Visited Monday, November 27. Cool place; small but not too tight. Ordered the house rice, sticky ribs, Jayde rolls, M girl roll, Shumai and Braised Bok Choy. All amazing. I totally recommend. First time there and so glad I did. The next visit will try something new. read more

Don't eat here for free! Service horrible! Drinks horrible! Slow! Cold food! Couldn't get 1 thing right unfortunately!

I absolutely love the M casino. Casino is great and and casino floor staff is amazing. that being said, Jayde sucked. i had high expectations, considering i'm a regular to the casino so i know the level of service and quality they provide and also the hype behind this place, i really thought it was going to be good. finding the entrance was a little tricky but once you find the elevator it's a straight shot up. my bf and i got there pretty close to closing, so the patio wasn't available but we were seated by the window and had a great view. it's a small restaurant, with a bar in the middle, i would say probably about 35ish ppl can fit inside (not sure about patio). server was quick to come over and take our orders also she informed us the kitchen was closing soon, so we ordered quick. we got a spicy tuna roll, the gyoza, chicken lettuce wraps, cashew chicken, an order of uni and the malasada desserts. the only thing good was the cashew chicken. everything else has an old taste to it. rice was hard, tuna was fishy and barely spicy, chicken lettuce wraps smelled and tasted like crap not even joking i was gagging, gyoza was ok nothing special, cashew chicken was actually bomb, uni tasted like mercury, and dessert was good. chicken lettuce wraps were so bad i actually asked them to take it off the bill, which i never ever do. spent about $130 and it wasn't worth it at all. i left feeling scared for my stomach and prayed i wouldn't get any kind of sickness the next day, since everything tastes sketch. if you are at the M and looking for food, i would just stay on the main casino floor for food. there's a deli, raiders restaurant, and another restaurant by the pool that are amazing! read more

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of Jayde @ 16! It was the perfect spot for a romantic date for my man and I. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. We had the Miso Soup, Signature Jayde roll, the M girl roll, A5 Japanese Waygu, Crab Fried Rice, and Braised Bok Choy. The service however, is short of five stars. Our waiter barely checked on us and didn't even offer repeat water service. It also took 20+ minutes to get a drink. I shouldn't have to flag my waiter down for simple things like water or the bill because they didn't even check on us. It was a Thursday evening and only 1/3 of the restaurant was occupied. I was disappointed in the service for an establishment at the M. I would be more than willing to visit here again, but only after they iron out the kinks in their service. read more

The foods are great, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is extra ordinary especially you can see the whole strip. This place is my wife and I 'go to' hangout almost 5 to 7 times a month. Great chef (Fon) who continues to unveil new special dish in a weekly basis, and the bartender (Ray) knows what he is doing and mixes superb drinks. read more

Been here twice and both times, service was good. Right when it first opened, the house fried rice was sooooo good. We went there the 2nd time and they must've changed cooks or something. The house fried rice was inedible. It wasn't fried rice at all. It tasted like rice soaked in salt water. There were big pieces of rubbery chicken and was nothing like how they made it before. I thought maybe it just needed to be cooked more, so I took it home and pan fried it some more. That didn't help at all. All you can taste is salt. I ended up tossing the whole thing. Sooooo gross and definitely the worst fried rice ever! Other than that, the other items our party ordered were ok. The view and ambiance are very nice. read more

My wife and I went here last weekend. The service was excellent, staff was all really friendly and attentive. The sticky ribs were good. The sushi was not. Low quality sushi. I ordered some toro, blue fin, sea urchin and Amaebi. The Amaebi was not the sweet shrimp, they sent out regular shrimp sushi. I sent it back. Disappointed in the sushi for sure. The miso soup was average. The oxtail soup was the best thing we had. It was really delicious. The view of course is top notch. I would go back but just be more selective with my menu choices. Really more like a 3.5 rating. read more

Service- good Appearance- Beautiful view, dirty restaurant Food- Sushi was not fresh, ribs tasted burnt, oxtails in soup were underdone, broth was good read more

I really thought this place specialized in sushi, but their sushi is about the quality of an all you can eat for 25 bucks place at the mall. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll is flaked/minced instead of whole pieces. None of the other rolls or sashimi were any better. The one item I had that was actually good was their fried rice. Maybe just make the place a high end Chinese food place? About 300 dollars for 2 of us at the end and I would have had a better meal at the deli downstairs. I have a feeling, hope actually, that this place won't last long. read more

Great food (everything was fresh and delicious), great ambiance (clean and good energy) and great service! Glenda and Ray were fantastic!

Second time coming. Food is over priced. Service is slow. They are stingy w the window seating and not busy. Got the m girl roll. Barely any cucumber. No avocado. Got the lettuce wraps. Instead of bib or butter lettuce it's a wedge lettuce head w chicken, crunchy noodles and carrots. No dipping sauce. Poke tacos were tough and had poke and wontons . No avocado. No dipping sauce. Way too much cilantro . Waitress was so nice but didn't know the difference between ginger and wasabi. Food was terrible for the price. Another restaurant that should thrive with this view that won't make it much longer at the top of the M. Very much a shame . read more
