Made reservation for party of 8 weeks earlier - big family birthdays. Arrived and weren't seated in restaurant. Seated in Lux, their venue for conventions, etc. Big empty room, empty tables all around. Tables only had tablecloths on them, nothing else. Saw several couples refuse to be seated there! We had dinner in this big empty room - felt like we were at a convention that nobody else came to. We also should have declined to be seated there but didn't want to make a scene. View: Can't beat the stunning view! Make sure to sit at a window seat or at the bar. Service: very attentive and food served quickly and warm. Food: disappointed that they removed the charred broccoli from their menu. All other food was good quality and flavorful. The lo mein is our staple and never disappoints. First time trying the Beijing Steak. The veggies and sauce was delicious but the fried steak was very tough and fatty, almost inedible. Worst experience ever! DONT GO! Panda Express is way better. The food was below ok. Nothing stood out. Cucumber salad, would've been better at a real dumpling joint for half the price. Dumplings tasted previously frozen and gummy on the inside. Ox tail soup was sub par to other places, dirty brown soup? Down stair sells it for little less than here almost $10 less. SAME SOUP! Crab rice, again, nothing special. Service was subpar. It took a while to be acknowledged by server. Host was non-existent at host stand. The restaurant was not full at all. They tout an unobstructed view, They sat us on the non-view side of the restaurant, (its obstructed by a huge sports bar, which makes you feel like you're at like local tavern NOT ON THE 16TH FLOOR) and when asked if could have the other side of restaurant that has a view, host stated would be more comfortable on this side. The server made us feel rushed, and after only ordering these items turned around and walked away, I told the rest of my party I wasn't quite done yet, and wanted to try a few more items because we were there as a scouting party for a much bigger party for a future visit. But that's not going to happen. Any of the other eateries on the first floor looked much more exciting and much more vibrant, and now, we may or may not try these places. M is already one of my favorite properties out of the strip, and as soon as I learned they had a new restaurant I considered to reserve a table. Yesterday we finally had the occasion, the chance, and between all our options: absolutely no regrets. The extremely easy access makes the high heels ladies lives easier: From the self parking area all you need is take the stairs, elevators will be at the right, get @16 and wow: welcome with a stunning view of the city, a sophisticated ambiance already making the night totally worth. Despite the bad reviews regarding the service, I'd say that it was at least fine (a little busy, but still attentive7,5/10); fair price for the portions, and the flavors are definitely there. Pretty decent choice of cocktails: I'm not easy to please with drinks, but the bartender definitely knows what he's doing. At this first try, I'd recommend the poke tacos and the oxtail soup. We wanted to try this place because I saw an awesome review on TikTok. Location: Inside M Resort on the 16th floor. They have outdoor patio, but it was too windy today. We sat by the window and had an awesome view of the strip. Very small restaurants, but I noticed plenty of server standing around to help out so I thought. Service: For the amount they charged you'd think service would be great. Very, very disappointed. We ordered a couple of Nigiri and edamame to start with and a couple drinks. We waited quite awhile for our server to place our second order. We had to wave at her to get her attention. We placed our second order and never saw her again. We run out of drinks and couldn't place another one because she was just missing. After we finished I had to go up to the hostess and told her if she could go find our server so we can checkout. I was pretty pissed at this point. Food: Nigiri were not the best. Fish was not fresh and the rice tasted a day old. We skip ordering more. Edamame tasted very "fishy" took a couple bites and set it aside. Crab fried rice tasted "fishy" and just not fresh. It looks wonderful, but I took a couple bites and didn't finish. I am a fried rice kinda girl. I could eat fried rice all day. This was the worse one I've ever tasted. Fried prawns - now this tasted wonderful. The flavor was great and it was crispy. However, it was covered with so much sauce that it made it saggy pretty quick. Tonkotsu Ramen - this was heavenly. My husband and I didn't eat the rest of the meal and just shared this instead. I guess she noticed that I wasn't drinking much of it, indicating that I wasn't a big fan of the drink. She grabbed me another one, made by someone else. This was my first time going to this restaurant, and I dragged my friends with me. One of the concerns I had was the service because I read some reviews and that was a common theme. I gave them a chance though, and the service, in my opinion, was great. We didn't think it was slow at all. We had such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered Shrimp and Pork Shumai, Pad Thai Noodles, Crab Fried Rice (my favorite), Honey Walnut Prawns (a must-try), and Honey Chicken. We enjoyed every dish and left nothing behind. Went there tonight with my wife. Weird space. Seems they want to be nice but they are in a casino so most of the other customers looked like they just came from the pool and there was a child drum soloing on their plate with the mom just asking her to stop but never taking the sticks. The prices are much higher than a pool concession stand though...... For the price the food is average at best. Had the kalabi and it was alot of fat, tons of fat. Honey walnut shrimp was what you'd expect it to be. Fried broccoli was fine. I always wanted to see the view and had read other reviews saying it was pretty average food and I would agree. read more

I've been there a few times, the sushi and the Japnese style items were good, taste and presentation, BUT everytime I ate asian items such as noodles and saute stuff it was TERRIBLE, very salty, and the recent visit, i was with a vegetarean friend, so I order lo mein, and bok chow, it was bad bad bad. The lo mien, was less than a fist full, with a WHOLE bok choy, not cut up, and extra slices of carrots, for the lo mein, and tons of salt. The saute bok choy with mushroom, the bok choy was whole, not even cut in half and for mushrooms,. which is supposed to be shiitake , there was no mushroom, just a few pieces of enoki pieces. The view is incredible, but the positives stop there. My mother and I went there for dinner one night and to start things off, my mother ordered an iced tea and what they gave her was something cloudy and thick as a milkshake and tasted disgusting, so she had them take it back. Next, the menu is small, only about a dozen items or so, and the waitress mentioned that they were out of two of them that night. We ordered two "small plate" appetizers. some kind of spare ribs which were just ok, and potstickers which arrived warm, but not hot, and not crispy on the outside, very soft and gooey. The potsticker sauce was also pretty flavorless. Our entrees were absolutely inedible. My mother ordered Cashew Chicken which was tough, overcooked, and extremely salty, was supposed to be spicy, but was very bland, and overall had a bad flavor. The dish also did not come with rice or noodles and you had to order a seperate order of steamed white rice if you wanted some. Fried rice was not even an option on the menu. My entree was the Honey Chicken which was small deep fried pieces of chicken that were so tough and overcooked that it tasted like when you heat up leftovers in the microwave for too long. Not only that, but it was served which what I thought would be chow mein noodles, but were instead those styrophome-like crispy rice noodles that have no flavor and are usually used as a garnish, but for some reason was 70% of the dish. I have no idea who thought that was a good idea. Service was slow. The entrees did not come out together. The waitress asked if we wanted something else, but since everything we had ordered was bad, we assumed the rest of the menu would also be bad, so we ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and could not even eat our dinners they were so bad. The manager came by, apologized, and took off the entrees from the bill which was the least he could do, but we have no intention of ever returning. My mother gets $75 in dining credit comps every two weeks at the M Resort, but we are struggling to find a decent place to use it. The Raiders Grille is ok, but we've been there so often that we are sick of it. The Italian restaurant is not good either, and Anthony's is mediocre and very expensive so we don't go there anymore either. I can get a better steak at Outback for a fraction of the price. All in all, don't be fooled by the lovely 16th floor view and pleasant ambience. This is by far the worst restaurant I've been to in Las Vegas read more

A good dinner last night... BUT, the AC was broken! No, I'm not kidding & yes, it was 115°! I'm not going to take any stars off for that. The service was pretty good. We started off with a delicious drink called Yuzu & that was yummy. Calamari was wonderful, the spicy mayo sauce was so good that I wanted extra! The Honey chicken was probably my favorite, I loved the crispy noodles. The cashew chicken was nice & spicy, but very little chicken, It was mostly all veggies. And the, walnut shrimp had three pieces of shrimp for 40 bucks, so that was not cool. But, overall, we would probably come here again, and I would definitely get the spicy calamari and the delicious honey chicken! But, I would call ahead & make sure the AC is working! Let me start by say thing this was hard to find. If you park in g e structure, you have to walk across the entire casino past the front desk to almost Las Vegas Blvd to find their elevator. I feel like this place is trying to find their identity. You walk in and ambiance is nice. I feel like the graphics were tight on budget. It was ok. The menu had a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai food. I came here on a Saturday night with my husband before the dinner rush. This place is small so make reservations. People were turned away when we left. Not a huge menu but kinda confused at what type of restaurant this was. The skewers were good but so tiny! The fried rice was flavorful and a little much on the black pepper. Lettuce wraps were eh. I don't recommend. First time there last night. Dining with a very special lady. Was able to get a window seat. Being on the 16th floor an amazing view of the city and the strip. Happy Hour had buy one get one on small plates. We tried ribs, egg rolls, calamari and Jerky. All great except the egg rolls which were burnt. Then we added a tiger shrimp dish and a Jayde sushi roll which was amazing. Finished it off with malasada for dessert. Joy was an awesome server. It was not very busy that evening and it did take a while to get seated with a reservation and also the food took a little long to arrive. Food options felt a bit limited but they were tasty. We split the pepper steak dish (delicious), some noodles and a few sushi rolls. I did notice when they serve the A5 steak, it gets smokey and very strong smoke smell in restaurant. Not very pleasant for the small space. Overall, I would return - more for the amazing view, drinks and some bites. I prefer more options on the menu when dinning though. read more

Ok so this was our first experience at Jayde at (level)16.. first off the views are absolutely spectacular of the strip from this elegant and romantic restaurant. I'd been very excited for quite some time to try this newish Asian restaurant.. we were seated promptly on a round table, party of 6 overlooking the strip.. service was polite and seamless with a very Young waiter and less seasoned staff than I'm used to in nicer dining establishments... but zero complaints with the service.. I did love the restaurant,.. BUT.. I wasnt overly impressed with the cuisine.. pricing was very fair considering but execution wasn't . My favorite items ordered were the honey chicken which was sweet n crispy, ahi tuna tacos, savory oxtail soup simmered to perfection, and the calamari done perfectly. Nothing special. I had big eye tiuna and salmon sashimi, both of which were chewy and did not taste fresh. The selection of rolls is very limited and not interesting so I didn't bother. I had the Thai beef salad. They use ribeye which is not ultimately a good choice, because there were a lot of chewy fatty bits. Also, the lettuce comes in big hunks, so I had to spend several minutes cutting my salad. My friend had the Matcha cheesecake for dessert, which was definitely more cake than cheesecake.
