Comfort korean food. We often come for the soy garlic wings and the soup. Banchans great, service was spot on. Its a small homey place, but possibly the best Kfood in the vicinity.

As a Korean food lover this is my absolute go to Korean restaurant for all Korean street food. Love their rose Rice cake with cheese and their soft tofu soup and KFC. But honestly anything you get here is probably amazing.. a must try spot for sure

First time at this location. Ordered the spicy cold noodle and it was really good! It was seasoned well and the noodles were perfect

The food was really good, and everything tasted fresh. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.

2 stars for the mala rice cake and yummy KFC we ordered ystrday where i had to asked for banchan n was told THAT OUR ORDERS DOESNT COME WITH IT BUT SHE'LL GIVE IT TO US ANYWAY - which litterally annoyed my soul n lost my appetite. From k frends, k people in general- all the way to k drama-- i mean we love korean everything--- for 15yrs now and this is the 1st time in history that i had to ask for banchan + hearing that my orders doesnt come with it. Bro!!! Is this place serious rt now? We've been coming here since they opened n never heard such a thing. I was craving for k food n bummed finding out that Doh kbbq on Maryland prkwy closed n since we live in the area this was the other option n this is what i got. I swear service wasnt the best either but whatever at this point-- im prolly just gon avoid this place. They just changed the whole culture and tradition -- WTH! Not cool pffft

Easily our go to place for Korean food in the Southwest! Their chicken wings are falvorful, always delish and takes around 15-20mins to come (they make to order)! Service was super nice and friendly. 5/5!

A cozy little hidden gem with just the right amount of seating. The food is excellent, flavorful, satisfying, and perfect for any Korean food craving. They serve a generous assortment of banchan while you wait for your meal, and the meat jeon is hands-down our favorite. Service can be a bit on the slower side, and friendliness varies depending on the server, but overall the experience is worth it for the quality of the food.

I'm surprised this place wasn't super busy given how good the food was! Our server was super kind and answered all of our questions we had about the menu since it was our first time there. He also refilled our banchan based on our request. The kimchi was delicious. Tornado potato - amazing. Absolutely recommend. So soft with a hint of sweetness to it. Braised beef short rib - comes out soooo hot. Even boiling so be careful but the meat is sooo tender.

Soooo delicious! Here for the 100th time lol. It's dinner hours on a Friday night and still isn't too busy! It's quiet enough to have a nice casual date night. :) Will always be the place I go when that direct deposit hits lol

Starting off the atmosphere of the place is comfy and cozy. Chill music and vibes already to a good start. Service was amazing! our server cam multiple times to check up on us and food came out pretty quick! We got kimchi rice, Beef bim bap, and the braised beef short ribs! Was so delicious! every bite was burring with flavor! loved this experience and definitely going back!

Not crazy overpriced like some of the other Galbi Jjims in town. 4 stars Galbi jjim - could be a little more tender and wish they had rice cakes in it but still delicious Spicy pork dolsot bibimbap - egg was already broken, which is unfortunate they didn't redo the egg before serving, but overall still solid 3 stars Steamed egg - could be saltier 2 stars Ribs - super dry Spicy squid - wasn't really my thing Banchan - the odeng was hard and the selections wasn't great Special fried set - too much batter

Beef bi bim bap and Tornado Potato / 회오리감자

The food was delicious! Generous portions. Everything came out quickly and fresh. The service was good, very attentive waiter. Calm environment.

I make to go order from soyo a lot as it is close to my house. Their food is good. It's the service where I am giving them one star. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, this lady at the front simply says "pick up?" without greeting. Then, I gave her my phone #. She grabbed my food and put in front of me along with the check. I paid my bill and walked out. Through the entire process, there was not even one simple "thank you". It was complete silence. I came home noticed they put a bite size amount salad for my fried chicken... much smaller than usual. They better train their employees....

They do advertise that they have $10 soups and they really do! It is hit or miss with the banchan though, sometimes you get only three and other times you get more. But $10 tofu soups, $10 dumpling soups are definitely a plus. We tried to order a Tofu Soup with no spice and the waitress took the order and repeated the no spice confirmation. However, when we got it, it was definitely red and had spice. She confirmed that she told them no spice but the kitchen still did it that way. (We've been to different places where some can do no spice and others say it's not possible.) Instead of returning it, the Little Gal tried to eat as much as she good. The Rice Cake and Dumpling Soup was quite generous with the rice cakes. I definitely had leftovers to take home. Their Dolsot Bibimbap is generous with a large shallow bowl and it's definitely hot enough to get a really good crisp on the rice. A new dish I got to try recently was their Creamy Champong $17. It was loaded with seafood and quite generous. I was able to take home the leftovers and add more noodles to make a second dish for myself. It is quite heavy with the cream base though. Service - There are definitely some servers that are more efficient than others. We had one waitress on two different occasions who would just forget things, so she's a bit absent-minded. And we had another waitress who definitely was on top of everything, checked up and followed up, and just was more aware and efficient. Moving their stars up to four from three.

My husband and i came in at 10:50 pm, we were not greeted and then gestured to sit wherever we wanted (which is fine i guess but for an empty restaurant you would expect a little more attentiveness) Upon sitting we looked over the menu and a server came over to us and told us to order on their tablet (which again fine i guess but you can't make any modifications on the tablet) We ordered and waited for our water lol, and the food came out pretty quickly but what left me to make the one star review was 2 minutes after we got our food they dropped off the check, mind you my husband didn't even get a bite of food in yet. (Still 50 mins til close time) And then not even another 2 minutes passed and they asked us to pay so they could close out. They ran my card and turned the music off. As far as the food is concerned, they meet the mark. Everything was tasty and being able to build your plate exactly as you want it is incredible. The meat was flavorful and tender. The sides were also very tasty. The restaurant itself offers no seating and is a to-go based experience which is completely fine. The food took about 15-20 minutes to be completed from ordered as I believe it is made to order, I would recommend calling ahead to place your order, or ordering online to save some time. The reason the review is only 4 stars as opposed to 5, is because the service was not the greatest. The gentleman who took our order was very short and appeared as if he was annoyed with any questions or that he had to be there in the first place. Typically, service isn't that important to me as long as the food is good, especially when not at a sit down, fine dining type of place. Also, the prices were definitely on the higher side but not insane. The smaller of the two sizes is what I had ordered and is in the attached photo, perfectly fine for 1 person, or 2 who do not eat a-lot at a time.

By the time we left, the place had every table occupied. So, it can be hit and miss if you will have to wait - just note that. There are three different types of tables - there's bench seating where there is no lean back, booths with lean backs, and tables with metal chairs. While they had a tv with K-Pop on, there was zero volume so there's no music which would have helped the ambiance. The sounds of the restaurant was the conversations around you. While the lady tried to seat us at a bench table, we requested seating with a back so we can feel more comfortable, she obliged and we sat at a circle table with the grill in the middle. Quite quickly, water cups and water was provided along with your standard K-BBQ utensils and plates. We started with steamed eggs, salad, a few of the sides such as fish cake, bean sprouts, and cucumbers, rice, brisket and galbi. I will note that the steamed egg and salad is a favorite of ours at all other K-BBQ places so I was bummed out that the steamed egg was limited 1 per person here and that the salad was 1 per table. I haven't been to any other K-BBQ place where the egg and salad were limited. I was surprised. The steamed egg was very good - it came out steaming hot and fluffy. It tasted really good when you use one of the sauces that they bring you as well. The salad had a nice refreshing taste of the standard K-BBQ salad dressing and I liked the sesame oil flavor that I'm pretty sure was in it. If you don't like to eat loads of rice at K-BBQ (we don't because it makes us too full) - the menu also allows for 1 order of side lettuce so this helps you get more greens in. The brisket was good - as normal, a little fat on the sides of each slice but you can scissor that right off. The beef bulgogi was very tasty. I thought it was well marinated and had more flavor than other K-BBQ places. The galbi also had a good marinade. We also tried the salted short rib and the marinated short rib. I couldn't really taste much difference honestly, but I really liked the dipping sauces and used the heck out of them. We ended with desserts and it's nice that there's 3 types of desserts and multiple flavors with each. You can have ice cream, the popsicles, or mochi ice cream. We had 1 strawberry ice cream and 1 strawberry mochi ice cream. They came out a big frozen so our grill was on the cool down mode enough to where we could sit our desserts on the side of the grill to defrost it a little. The desserts were tasty. The service was pretty good throughout the dinner. I would say that they are there enough to get your items. Other K-BBQ places might visit your table a tad more, but I would say I wasn't missing anything and got to order everything that I wanted. When they drop your items off they don't really say much so it's up to you to know what you ordered. Overall - Doh is a solid K-BBQ place.
