My pedicure tech, massaged my legs and feet so well. I had a deep foot spa treatment and I was so relaxed and in love with how well they treated us. They cut my nails evenly and put in so much work to remove callus as well. They don't do acrylic here which makes the smell inside so relaxing. They use aromatherapy and even have the cutest doggy pet in their shop. He's so quiet and friendly. The owner, I believe, was just so nice. She even massaged my shoulders and neck free of charge. She was so positive and in great spirits. My feet were baby smooth, I've not had a pedicure done so well like this in forever. I chose chrome gel polish which is $10 more but she waived that fee since I didn't see it on any sign. Come here, you won't regret it. They do prefer cash tips btw.

My feet were in bad shape (I walk 10-15k steps/day, wear heels to the office 4 days a week and hadn't gotten a pedicure since I was in Greece... in early June) and my hands were even worse. Neither were a challenge for Abby! She did an incredible job and was maybe the most gentle nail technician I've ever encountered. I'm truly amazed that she was able to take care of my mangled cuticles and nails without any pain. And they look great. What a gem this place is! I'm going to try and make manicures a regular thing now (mayhe in tandem with my return to Yelp reviews!) No Amex accepted and cash for tips only. *don't be like me and book an appointment instead (they get VERY busy) so you can stay dry.

When my anxiety is high I tend to rip at my nails and my cuticles (I know this is a really bad habit and I'm trying to kick it). I was feeling really insecure about my hands, so I called the boutique and asked if they had any open appointments. They were very accommodating and able to fit me in. When I arrived the stylist was working on another client, but I enjoyed sitting and listening to their conversations while drinking the cold wine that was offered to me. The staff and the two other clients there immediately made me feel welcome and let me join their conversations. The boutique is very small so I would highly recommend making an appointment. The staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails, and I left feeling really good about my hands. The stylist had a great relationship with the other clients as well and while I was there waiting for service (I was pretty much a walk-in) and getting serviced I felt relaxed and I didn't mind waiting at all. I got tips put on with a gel polish on it for $50- which I would say is more than a fair price.

I have followed her work from previous salons and never have been disappointed. 2/5 for the Establishment/ Time Management - My appointment was at 6:00pm,I arrived at 5:50pm. My nail tech was running behind a person & finishing up a client when I arrived. So during that time I decided to get a pedicure to match the wait time. I finished my feet at 7:15pm. I did not end up in the chair until 9:35pm for my nails (I had a 6:00pm appointment for my nails booked in advance). Why wait? I had an important meeting the next day and needed my nails done and it was too late to go anywhere else. My nail process was completed at 11:52pm. I was fully charged for all services (even though I basically completed a full part time evening shift by waiting). I would suggest : 1. Longer time slot appointments for the nail tech to complete her work. (2 hrs maybe). 2. If the nail tech is running behind a client, give a courtesy call to the following client so they know how to manage their time or reschedule. 3. Remember that it is a business and friends and family need to respect that you have clients in the place of business. (don't let them use it as a hang out spot if they are not there for services) 4. Better air circulation to remove the heavy smell of the nail products being used in the salon since it is a small space.

I removed the rest of the polish to find that I had fungus growing under my toenail and lost half of my nail. When I remove the toenail polish on the other foot, the same thing was happening on my other toenail. I have not been back since, and my toenails are still healing and recovering. I would not recommend this place simply because they are not taking the proper cleaning protocols.
