I can't say enough about every staff member at Jaw Fixers, from the receptionist in the front office to the doctor to the various assistants who were in the exam room. My wisdom tooth extraction went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and scheduling the procedure was almost ridiculously easy. One oral surgeon I had seen previously told me that they wouldn't be able to see me for at least two months, despite my being in significant pain. Everyone was polite and friendly. Dr Ansari was professional and explained everything to this former Captain in the Air Force who is a big chicken when it comes to having my teeth worked on. I already had Dr. Ansari insert the bone in my jaw to hold the implant 4 years ago, and was putting off the insertion of the implant. I finally went back when I had some courage, and it was so easy. Dr. Ansari answered my questions and explained how everything would be done, and what to expect. I asked for nitrous oxide as it keeps my nerves cool. We went over results of my Xray, and discussed the staus of my teeth. We even talked about watches (I wore my professional one). Dr. Ansair was making me feel at ease. The procedure was almost painless, and I am not sure why I waited so long. Billing was no problem, as I chose to pay outright for myself. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience from the front desk staff to the clinicians, assistants and doctors. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, compassionate, patient and professional. Dr. Rosenlicht was great! Clearly a pro in every regard. My procedure (implant prep following an extraction several weeks prior) was painless (yes, painless - including the Novocain injection) throughout the procedure and I was in and out in under 30 minutes with post surgical directions, misc. supplies if needed and experienced NO discomfort at all in the hours and days following the procedure. Terrible experience. Zero empathy. Expensive. No regard for appointment times. I got dry socket and they refused to offer any pain medication. Left behind many bone fragments and I had to find another surgeon to open the stitches, shave the sharp edges Ansari left and then restitch the incisions. My jaw bone actually came through the gums and had to be shaved down before it would heal. read more

An addendum to my previous review. We received a phone call from the business manager apologizing and asking us to remove the bad review. She even offered to cook dinner for us, which is very bizarre. I suspect the doctor dumped the task of trying to cajole us into changing the review on to her, which is cowardly and inappropriate. They were overpriced, never indicated the price (our fault, should have asked ahead of time). No care instructions were given other than a verbal "soft foods only" naming a few foods, nothing on how long gauze should be in, what to do in case of dry socket, etc. read more

I was extremely nervous about getting two wisdom teeth extracted, but from the second I walked in for my surgery I was put at ease. Dr. Ansari and crew had me calm at every step of the procedure. I had IV sedation, so I got comfortable then woke up and the procedure was over. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ansari. 2 in 2020 and 2 in 2021. The only problem is the office can't properly bill our dental insurance. In 2022, I received a letter from the office threatening to send my bill to collections. I called the office and dental insurance company and they said they never received a claim. So they bill a second time and the dental insurance company refuses to pay because they billed with the incorrect member ID. Apparently, they forgot the first zero. I called the office and left a message and they have not returned my call. I want Dr. Ansari to be paid!! read more

Called to make and appointment as my dentist referred me. I had to leave a message, no one called me back. I then called back again. The girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She insisted she could not give me an estimate on cost until she realized I had no insurance then she started shooting off numbers which were much more than where I ended up making the appointment that is actually fixing my tooth. Great Staff that was very helpfull and friendly . Had a Widom tooth extraction that went better then expected! After X rays and Getting numbed out i would say less then two minuts later my tooth was out with ZERO pain. They now injected a slow release numbing that kicked in the next day. We were referred here by our dentist and to say the least our visits here have been less than enjoyable. My wife needs an implant and in order to do that she needed a bone graft. We gave them all our insurance information and they made the appropriate calls to the insurance company to see what they would cover, obviously an implant is cosmetic but the bone graft is not so we were told we would be responsible for just over 400.00 and insurance would cover the rest. So we went ahead and scheduled the procedure, had it performed and now we are here for the two month check up and they are saying we owe an additional 845.00. Classic bait and switch after the procedure had already been performed, now to top it off on both our initial consultation and when we came for the procedure, my wife and I witnessed patients arguing with the receptionist saying they were told one amount and then charged significantly more. I recently made a phone call in the hopes to schedule an appointment in the Manchester location. The person who answered the phone spoke very quickly and I thought she said "I'm sorry, is this Deena?" So my response was (obviously) "I'm sorry, no this is not Deena." Apparently that ticked her off as her tone immediately changed: "No. You are not Deena. I said THIS is Deena." Me: "Oh I'm so sorry. I thought that you had asked if I was Deena...." Her: No. Nnnno. Visited this practice to have my upper wisdom teeth removed, a little over a week ago. The entire removal took less than 5 minutes with Dr. Ansari! I was extremely impressed with the speed of this operation, as well as the care and concern I recieved from all the staff. Everyone I met had a big smile and genuinely cared about my dental health. Before, during and after the extraction Dana chatted with me, and even held my hand when I got a bit nervous. If I had had to, I could have driven myself home. All I needed was some Tylenol for about 3 days. I have been basically pain free since then. The office itself is very, very clean and decorated in muted shades of grey. While I did not use them, there are private recovery rooms for patients that need them. I found the office itself to feel both professional and also calming. I came here with Hubby and 2 of the children in tow, so that I wouldn't have to drive myself home (as mentioned above, this turned out to be a non-issue). The staff were lovely to my family, going so far as to accomodate me nursing the baby right before the procedure was to begin. Overall, if you need oral surgery, please use this practice. They were highly recommended to me and I agree they are the BEST! read more

My dentist sent me in to see if my implant was infected yesterday, I inquired with the office staff to see if I had a credit leftover from the implant itself as I missed my last follow up visit and had paid out of pocket for the entire procedure and visits upfront. The office staff could not have been more dismissive to me and acted as If I was asking for a favor when I simply wanted to know if this visit was covered already. The woman who answered me was rude and demeaning even though I was simply asking a question and said she would check with the office manager. At the end of the visit, she asked if the manager had come into speak with me when I said no she angrily went over to get her and when the manager came to the office window she simply said you owe $250.00. She wouldn't even acknowledge my question, so I paid it and left still stunned at the hostility towards me for asking a simple question that I had every right to ask. Chosen via referral, Dr. Ansari was the oral surgeon who removed my son's FIVE, count 'em FIVE, impacted wisdom teeth. The initial consultation was efficient, comprehensive and caring. Dr. Ansari was complete in his explanation of what would happen the day of extraction and answered all questions easily and in a forthright manner. All financial information and billing was handled well and explained throughly. There were no hidden costs or fees. All charges were billed in an clear and easily understood listing. Not one single questionable fee was attached. AND...the staff went to bat with my insurance company to obtain a bit more coverage they thought was necessary. The staff took great care of my son. Dana was excellent in her care and consideration of my boy's needs. Jennifer, who is the lovely young lady one meets upon arrival, is an absolute doll. She and I discussed, privately, some special needs I had as my ex-wife was balking at paying her half of the bill. Jennifer was at the ready to ensure my son's bio-mom paid without incident. Kudos to her for her gentle handling of what could have been a very sticky situation. (Jennifer, if you're reading this...I still owe you that cup of coffee. And I pay my debts, so there!) I would strongly, unequivocally recommend Dr. Ansari for any sort of oral surgery. I went to Dr.Ansari for a tooth removal and eventually an implant about 2 years ago. I will tell you that I am super nervous about dental work in general so based on my conversations with Dr. Ansari I opted to go under. I got into the office early morning and Dr.Ansari and his staff made me extremely comfortable with the process from checking in all the through into the procedure. It felt like a regular cleaning to be honest. It was that easy breezy. Dr. Ansari began asking me some random questions about the day and before I knew it I woke up in the waiting room all done with the surgery. It was literally like a blink of a second. Post surgery was awesome as I was given all the things needed to make for a smooth recovery. I am a person who puts things to the last minute but Dr. Ansari kept telling me to get the implant done because it will impact the teeth around the extraction so I finally gave them a call two years later. About 3 weeks ago to be precise to get the implant put in. This time I went with local and the process of the implant which is pretty awesome took about 30 minutes. It was all done with the implant placed in super carefully by Dr. Ansari. The care that went to it was phenomenal. One day later I was on a business trip out of state with a couple of post op items. The implant was stellar in terms of pain. No pain whatsoever. The plane ride and trip back was nothing to write home about because it was so neatly done. I went for a post op appt a week later when Dr. Ansari removed the stitches which I kid you not was easy breezy. Not even 10 minutes. All looks great ! My experience for a simple extraction was terrible I wanted to see dr a sari but he was too busy. There is most definitely something wrong with an individual at the front desk She insisted I had no insurance I told her three times I did and waited as she was huffy She then changed her tone and said oh you do have insurance. I said I know. Would you like the breakdown and copay? I told her she was very rude and should not have questioned me. I did inform dr rosenlicht of the situation and he said oh that's unusual we never get complaints for the front desk. I told him I was definitely disappointed and felt disrespected by the woman and he said nothing. Next time I will see dr ansari or find another oral surgeon. I also did not like the fact that I was being pressured to place synthetic bone to prepare for my implant. I said no three times. Why are people so greedy. To whom it may concern, Dr. Ansari is an amazing surgeon. His office only use the latest technology and procedures. He truly cares about the patients. Even after the operation was done he was available for questions and support. All costs were explained carefully and there was nothing hidden. His pricing was beyond reasonable! The process seemed to go by very smoothly and efficiently! My Fiancé needed to have four wisdom teeth pulled and she was extremely nervous as she had never undergone such a procedure before. Dr. Ansari and his team were there every step of the way keeping her calm and comfortable. You never would have known how nervous she was after seeing her after the operation was completed. She experienced no pain and the healing process was a breeze due to the explanation of the dos and don'ts with dental surgery. After the appointment was completed Dr. Ansari made himself available for questions. This is not something I have ever seen when dealing with other dental offices. Normally once your out that's the end of it. The whole experience was very impressive and I have and will certainly continue to recommend Dr. Ansari for anyone's dental surgery needs. This place saved me in an emergency. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and called probably 10 places before Dr. Ansari said he could see me the same day. I was in so much pain and just needed help so badly. The woman on the phone when I called initially was so nice, sympathetic and helpful. They were so accommodating, pleasant and just overall great at the office too. The dental assistant who prepped me for surgery was so caring and made sure I was comfortable, explained the process well and even wiped tears from my eyes when I was crying from the pain. Dr. Ansari was equally nice and sympathetic to my pain, and did a great job on the surgery. I left with little to no pain and have had no problems during recovery. After 30 years of dealing with a lost front tooth, then another and forever breaking caps. Dr Rosenlicht took the time and thoughtfully created a plan which other doctors said no way or tried without success. Today he extracted 2 teeth and replaced with implants. A little discomfort hours later but I feel great. Head is clear and I was sedated. I had great communication and instructions from them for the last 2 months as they answered my zillion questions. I went to Doctor Rosenlicht and had my wisdom teeth removed. After emence bleeding and three boxes of gauze, the pain I was experiencing was unreal. After calling 4 times and being transferred to 4 other secretary's I was told that Dr Rosenlicht is out of country and cannot be reached and that they could do nothing for me. I should have kept the teeth in, seeing as how I was expiriancing no pain at all before. Not to mention I woke up half way though surgery and was so scared I stared balling my eyes out. I had a terrible expiriance with this practice, and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Love, love, love this place. First, the staff is amazing. I worked with Tracy, Dana and Taylor (I think that's her name). They were friendly and accommodating. I was very anxious about the dental procedure, therefore I was not the easiest person to work with. But those ladies remained professional and made me feel at ease. Definitely rank in my top three for medical staff. Second, I treated with Dr. Ansari. He was actually the second oral surgeon I consulted with. He gave me so much more information about wisdom teeth extraction than the previous surgeon. Due to my age and the nature of my teeth and jaw, the surgery posed some additional risks. However, after the consultation I felt more informed and confident that he was the best person for the procedure. I was right, he did a great job. I didn't feel any pain and the extractions only took about 45 minutes. I truly appreciate this dental office. During this experience I never felt forced to do anything I wasn't comfortable with and they treated me like they valued my business. A+ all around. read more
