I did notice there were staff changes, and I know that can be difficult sometimes, but the overall care of Dr. Wing has been horrible. My 5 year old went in in January and was told he needed fillings. The Dr. did attempt to do them but my son was less than enthusiastic. In the end, we decided we'd wait a few months to try again, since they were not bad. I called today to have him seen and the dentist blatantly refused to see him citing that the "tooth was too decayed for him to do." Unbeknownst to me, Dr. Wing is not just a dentist, but also a psychic. Considering he hasn't seen my son in months and back when he did, he said the cavities weren't bad and we could wait until his June cleaning to address them again, I'm failing to see how he can see inside his mouth, over a phone, from 2 towns away. I spoke with the new receptionist again, asking if I was hearing her correctly: That my child's pediatric dentist is refusing to see my child and HELP him, while he's in pain. I heard correctly. I highly do NOT recommend this practice and I will be taking my children to a new practice that actually cares.

No pain at all was felt or even discomfort while he injected the Novocain or while he did the surgery. I also appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff as well as Shannon the dental hygienist. The communication between Dr Guida and Shannon during the procedure did not go unnoticed. It was so nice to hear the Dr thanking her for things and her acknowledging his kindness. I would highly recommend anyone to not delay having a surgical procedure because of fear or anxiety, Dr. Guida is so gentle, kind and extremely professional. He even personally called me moments ago to follow-up on me.

The only way to describe the hygienist is ham fisted. Two different hygienists. Two painful experiences. Not just my gums either my jaw hurts also. You have to ask for the gum numbing agent they won't voluntarily give it to you. However, the numbing won't help with the way they go about the cleaning. My bottom lip hurts from all the pressure she put on it while cleaning my front teeth.

In fact, they didn't seem to notice or care that I was there until I walked out the door and back to my car, at which point the nurse who followed me told me I hadn't been treated differently than anyone else - good to know - if you want to be ignored and waste your time, then by all means, go here...otherwise, go elsewhere!

I need a lot of dental work because of my medical history. In a few short months Dr Grillo has done 5 crowns for me. I love that he's quick, painless and really smart. I broke a crown in my front top last night (Thursday). Their office is closed Fridaysvabd it's Labor Day weekend. I called the office Thursday after hours, pressed "0" for emergencies and Dr Zack Grillo picked right up. Long story short, we met at his office Friday morning and 2 hours later I had a new, beautiful crown and am ready for the holiday weekend.
