Excellent food, excellent service! So many food options. And the owner, Javi, is very hands-on and present. This is one of my TOP 5 breakfast/brunch spots in Portland/Vancouver.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile, every time I leave the gym I see people eating outside and it always seems to be busy. I now know why! Even in a very busy Sunday at 11am we were able to be seated quickly, with our server taking our drink order within 5 minutes of sitting. Our food order was placed within 10/15 minutes of arriving and we were eating in less than 30 minutes. Also, just because the food came fast did not mean it was lackluster! The food was AMAZING. So flavorful, so fresh and big enough portions that I got to take some home! 10/10 will definitely be recommending and coming back!

Service was great and food was really good. My only suggestion was to check the gravy (too much flour flavor) We eat at Sandy Blvd location regularly. But we live in salmon creek so the millplain location is better for us. YAY Javi's we'll be back.

Turkey, bacon and cheese (jack) on sourdough. Tator tots and a pickle spear.

First time at Javi's. I ordered a turkey and bacon sourdough sandwich to go, it came with tator tots and a pickle spear. Major points for the pickle spear, I love when meals are served with one. It would be nice to be able to order a sandwich without the sides. This lunch was $18.00. The only thing wrong with it was one of my slices of bacon was not cooked long enough and very fatty. I removed it. And I got the heel for one of my slices of bread. So it was much smaller than the other and didn't hold the inner parts of the sandwich together very well. I'd still give this place four stars. Will review again. I will visit Javi's again, I'd like to try more items on the menu.

Phenomenal flavors. The churro waffles are perfect. Very cute inside and the wait staff was very sweet. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in Vancouver

Went to Javi's for Sunday breakfast. The place was hopping and so were the waitstaff. We were promptly greeted and shown to a table. Excellent service throughout. The food came out quickly and was very warm. Great flavors on all the items, including my bacon which I prefer well done. Saw other items going out that looked good, so we will definitely return. Felt the price was reasonable for the quality of food and service.

The service was excellent, Andrew was our server and was very attentive and was helpful answering our questions. The food was delicious. We'll be back for sure.

This is a brand new restaurant (it's been open 3 days) so we decided to give it a try. We are very glad we did! We were greeted by a friendly hostess. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verde and my husband ordered the Mt. Hood Benedict. Both were delicious! My chilaquiles were covered in delicious green sauce with a nice amount of heat. I ordered the eggs poached and extra hot sauce. I didn't really need the hot sauce because the chilaquiles were perfectly seasoned and well spiced. My husband reported that his Benedict had a perfect balance of veggies to egg and muffin and his potatoes were well cooked and had creamy centers. He also thought the hollandaise was tasty. About half way through our visit the chef came over and checked in. He told us everything is house made and appreciated our compliments. At the end of our meal our attentive server came over and said they were sending out a complimentary churro waffle. It was topped with cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The waffle itself was thick and creamy on the inside. Delicious! We decided we'd have to order them when we come again. This place isn't fancy but it has beautiful new blue paint and a fresh look. We enjoyed our breakfast and will absolutely come again!

What an amazing experience! Food, people, and ambiance was great. We had the pleasure of being helped by the wonderful Daisy. She was a sweet heart and took great care of us. Coffee was excellent and started the meal off right. The menu had so many good options, it was hard to choose just one. I got the Mt. Hood Eggs Benedict with red potatoes and the home made hot sauce. WOWZA! Best breakfast I have had in a long time. I am going back tomorrow for lunch try the fish tacos.

We were greeted by Brayden who informed us that the wait would be approximately 15 minutes. He came to get our party after about 10 minutes and seated us immediately. Brayden was doing double duty that night, as the host and the bus boy. He was so, so good at both. He had a pleasant banter and a smile the whole time we were there. Our waitress was Sandra and it was clear that she was an expert at her job. She made delicious recommendations for our appetizers and entrees and we were not disappointed. Sandra was cheerful and attentive, despite the restaurant being busy. We will definitely visit Hudson's again on our next trip to Vancouver.

There are 2 seating areas, one inside the restaurant which has a nice feel and is visually pleasing. The other seating area is in the hotel lobby under the stairs, which is weird and feels like you're having dinner in a hallway. For what it costs to dine there, I'm not going to eat in a hallway/hotel lobby/under the stairs. Servers are usually attentive and the food is good but I think it's overpriced for what it is. $37 for a 3oz piece of fish on mashed potatoes with 2 stubs of broccolini is just too high, IMO. The least expensive entree on the menu is $24 or $27 and that is meatloaf. Its good, but not worthy of that price point. For a salad, an entree and a glass of wine it was over $75. If you're looking for a special night out and are prepared to drop some bank for small portions in a nice setting then this is the spot for you.
