Update problem resolved!…read more Old Review, Enrique is a master at repairs and knowledgeable of equipment but unfortunately he has people working for him that don't have a clue at servicing, the service has been hit and miss we started out with him doing the pool service and things couldn't be more perfect he also programmed our new pump to do fancy things and added some circuits that would be controlled through the app. Then he told us his apprentice was going to take over and we were damn we thought we just found the right pool guy so we gave him a try can't remember his name he's a young African American kid well the first week he broke the head on my wife's concrete turtle statue. After that just sloppy cleaning my wife would ask did the pool guy show up this week I'm like I guess well why is there trash in the spa? Don't know. Well weeks would pass sometimes the pool would look nice other times not too many weeks the spa went unvacuumed that's when I told Enrique we don't like the service your guy is doing and would like to switch to chemical service only but I mentioned if he could do it personally we would stay full service he agreed he would do it on another day we were fine with that. Well a week went by he didn't show up so I asked him if anyone swung by this week and he said it slipped his mind and said he wouldn't charge me $25 for that week the week after he showed up and the pool was looking like a charm until the following week where no one showed up again. One thing I still haven't figured out is the billing sometimes it's a mid-month sometimes at the beginning of the month anyways I spent some time vacuuming the pool and spa myself while we were swimming and I haven't heard anything from Enrique so I might just start doing it myself if it has to come to that. If anyone knows a dependable pool service let me know.

Between warranty issues, repeated fees for service calls, and commitments that were made but ultimately not honored, I found it increasingly difficult to get concerns resolved. I reached out directly to Ryan to address these issues and never received a response. If you must do business here, I would try to work with on of their other associates. To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend San Diego Hot Springs and would encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider the level of post-sale support they may receive.

We've had Jesus since we finished building our pool three years ago. He has been doing a great…read morejob--no complaints at all. He is super responsive and always helps with any questions we have. He also helped us install an overflow relief valve when we were having issues with our overflow drain. He is the sweetest human being and such a kind soul, always there when you need extra help or solutions. I love supporting small family businesses, especially since I run a business myself and know how hard it is to be in the people business. These days, it's unfortunately rare to find that kind of custom, personal service with genuine human interaction. I can only recommend Jesus and his team.

Well, that didn't go well…read more... I met with Jesus a couple months ago and he was very personable and helpful in the beginning. This all changed pretty quickly. Last week, he did not show up. I assumed he was out for the Labor Day weekend. Not a problem, but I wish he would have let me know. He came to service my pool today. My cameras show he was at my house of a total of 11 minutes. he spent 6 in the back yard. He used the net to scoop out a few things, checked the chemicals and left. Then he emailed me a report which said that he brushed the walls and tile, checked the skimmer, inspected the equipment and skimmed the surface. I sent him an email asking him to call me. He called about 30 minutes later. I asked if he brushed the walls, he said no. I asked if he checked the basked. He said yes. I told him I took a picture of the full basket after he left. After one or two minutes of me questioning him, he said "I am going to refund your money and end service". Then he hung up on me. We have not had any conflict with him in the past and our call this morning was not confrontational. Something is wrong at Flores Pool!
