I wish I could give it a 0. We live near Jason's and used to go there frequently but with so many other options in the area we forgot about it. We decided to give it another try and was shocked over how things have deteriorated over the years. The bathrooms are filthy, no tea in the container, no lemon, some containers were empty, "ice cream" container hard to operate and tiny cups unlike the past. Our food had been sitting around but no one let us know until we got up and asked about it. A chat with the manager yielded no apology and no "we'll try to do better; give us another try." No m'am. We went into have dinner on Feb. 14th and on the 20th. My friend asked for a to go container for her salad and he was very short and made a very smart comment and said you have to get those when you order. Then my other friend who has never been there before asked him a question and he again was VERY HATEFUL to her as well. She asked for a salad plate and he said you don't get them here where you order you get them down at the end of the counter. She said I am sorry I have never been here and I didn't know. He replied I didn't know that either. He was just a HUGE JERK! He NEEDS some customer service training ASAP!!! Both of the ladies I was with are senior citizens and they DO NOT deserve to be treated that way. Well, really NO ONE deserves to be treated that way. That is how you lose customers. It's been a long time since I've been here, but came with a work colleague, he got a salad bar and I got the chicken Panini sandwich with chips. I think it was 20 bucks for bot, so it was clean, the salad bar was smaller than it used to be but still good, free ice cream of course, sandwich came out quick so with the price points fair and good selection I really enjoyed it. I was only going to eat half my sandwich, but I ate it all and it was great! Highly recommend. read more

Perfect for lunches. Their menu is robust and the salad bar and ice cream machine looked great. I ordered the Italian grinder which was tasty and delivered to my table in minutes. I like the presentation of the sandwich as well with a heap of chips dumped on it. I'll have to ask for extra mayo next time on my sub as well as olive oil vinegar dressing on my sub, well but that's on me. Will come back for sure. read more

Love Jason's Deli! I never really paid attention to this place until we ordered from here for a work event. They actually allow group orders with separate payments, all online. Pretty sophisticated and very convenient for an office lunch. But I've come here and gotten the managers special many times which is super economical, Half of a sandwich, soup, and chips for ~$12. I think they offer a large variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups and everything has been really tasty. They have a turkey chili that I believe is seasonal that I'm looking forward to trying. They have a buffet of sorts if you dine-in. They bring the food to your table if you dine in. While there, I noticed kids frequenting the soft serve machine which is a nice addition. Plenty of parking since this shopping center is pretty empty. It's very close to the Chick-FIl-A if you're having trouble finding it. read more

I have always liked Jason's deli, so since I haven't eaten here in awhile, I decided to order here. This was a DoorDash order today, and when I tell you everything was safely packed and delicious, yes it was. I ordered the Club royale for me. But I end up eating the sandwich my son selected, because I don't eat bacon. I ate the ham sandwich. I only ate 1/4th of the sandwich. It's alot of meat, and you get full quickly. :-) I also love soup and potato salad. So I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup, and a side of potato salad. It was both delicious. I ordered my son the plain Jane baked potato. It was loaded with bacon, sour cream, and American cheese. I also ordered him the the build your own sandwich. It had cheese, ham, honey mustard on a croissant. My son end up eating my sandwich, which was the club royale. He loved it. Chips comes with the sandwiches as well. They have some great selections, for you to choose from. If I had to do it all over again, I will keep the same order. My son, and I have a lot of leftovers for later. :-) read more

My mom got us Jason's Deli one time when we were sick. We loved the Bigger Better BLT and started to go back frequently. The wait times had been getting longer and longer. I'm willing to wait longer bc the quality is better than fast food... But sometimes it's really long (like 39.min one time). Ordered ahead online to try to speed up the situation. I usually get a $9.50 sandwhich. I upgraded to the manager special which added a small (yes, very small) cup of soup for $3. I get the order home for my husband and me and it's a half Sandwhich and a cup of soup. So you mean to tell me that cup of soup was worth $3 + $4.75 worth the other half of my sandwich?!? They basically took the normal sandwich I order and cut it in half for my husband and me and added two cups of soup. I feel like I was just robbed. How in the world is that a good deal?! I completely missed that on the site and it's going to be a minute before I go back. Scandalous. I'm irate. Just paid $25 to eat half a sandwich. Too mad to eat the soup. I have been coming to this establishment since it first opened and I would have to say my visit this evening ranks as ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST IN A LONG TIME!! I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers I never met before Israel who was very nice and friendly. Additionally, the other manager Coy was very friendly and welcoming. Haven't been here in a good lil minute but they sent me a $5 bday offer so why notgo. Went in on a Tuesday about 1130 just before the lunch rush. There was a little line as there was only one cashier for dine in, but 3 for to go orders. Anyhow I ordered the ranchero wrap, extra jalepeno and it was very good and almost too spicy with the peppers. Comes with blue corn tortilla chips and salsa was just ok. You can get the muffins and buttered croutons off the salad bar even if you don't order the salad bar. Also free ice cream. The sweet yea was so good, it says sweetened with cane sugar but I think they use regular sugar Anyhow it was very good. I used to eat here every week it was easily 5+ stars. It has really gone downhill. When I first arrived on my most recent visit 2 employees, I assume either owners or managers, were openly yelling at each other. Not a good impression. I ordered my meal, sandwich, chips and a drink, for $20. You heard that right, $20 for lunch wow inflation hit them extra hard. Ok fine I love the sandwiches, I'll deal with it. Then I received my sandwich, the same one I always get, the bread was half the size of what it used to be, the meat used to be stacked so high I couldn't fit my mouth around it, now about 1/2 the amount of meat. The sandwich was supposed to be hot, it was in certain spots but it was mostly ice cold especially in the middle. The chips were stale, the ice cream machine was broken, at least my drink was good. The sandwich itself tasted fine but I was so disappointed with the size and price. I won't be back to this location. read more

Went in to place a takeout order. Side salad and a turkey sandwich on multigrain with lettuce, mustard, cheese and a slice of avocado. Didn't know that cheese and avocado on a sandwich was an extra cost. Don't think it was worth $21.00. The salad was good, but I should have been told that cheese and avocado was extra cost. Ok so my first order was sooo wrong and I called the manager to get it fixed. So I head that way and grab my correct order. I get home and take a bite only to find that inside my sandwich were not one but two toothpicks with the main one stuck thru the sandwich like they normally do. Now we both know there was no way this was an accident. Here's the kicker, it was the same inside my daughter's sandwich , so there you have it ( no accident). I guess you can say this was pay back for complaining about my paid for order being wrong . Well I'm done, I hate to say goodbye but I need my food like I ordered and safe to eat. Moving forward the manager contacted me concern about the service I had and invited me to come back and let him make my food over. Came to Jason's Deli to redeem my $5 birthday treat and ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and a salad. Our order process went smoothly but when retrieving our food, there was some mix up about us dining in and not carrying out. There are two separate entrances, one for carry-out and one for dine-in. Eventually,​ it was sorted out. The salad bar was decent, it could improve on cleanliness. There was stray veggies and dressing on the counter. Their cornbread is really tasty. BUGS for lunch???!!! Shift Manager MARTIN/MORGAN IS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL with customers. I went to Jason's Deli in Tucker for lunch with my toddler. After spending $25+ for a kids meal and mine with the salad bar all was going well UNTIL my tyke told me there was a fly on my food. I looked and indeed THERE WAS A GNAT on my salad. I immediately covers the other half of my sandwich and my tyke's food. I went to inform the staff and was asked to bring my plate. I brought my plate where literally HALF Of MY SALAD remained. He took one look at my plate and made a SARCASTIC REMARK that my 'whole salad was gone.' It was not and he reluctantly took my plate and ROLLED HIS EYES. Jason's Deli has a ton of room for seating, and is decorated casually. They have terrific sandwiches, and few desserts which I haven't tried. They also have a moderate sized salad bar and free soft serve. They automatically toast everything so be sure to tell them if you want your sandwich cold when you order. I have only gotten the salad bar for pasta salad, 3 times. Each time I hoped it would get better but it hasn't. Doesn't have enough flavor and has wayyyy too much salt in it. $5 is too expensive for it if you're only getting one thing (not a salad) from it. Wish they had a smaller size plate for $2-3. They put a huge amount of meat on the sandwiches which is how a sandwich should be, and have a ton of variety with breads. I like their focaccia better than the others. Definitely a great place to grab lunch or dinner, but the prices of things can add up quick! read more
