NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could rate them zero Stars I would…read more I came in to get a tooth filled that had two cavities under an old silver filling. Here is my unpleasant experience. After the x-ray they came in to numb my mouth to fill the tooth. I had novocaine shooting out of my mouth and inside my entire mouth and tongue. They wouldn't suction that out till I waved at them I needed to be suctioned. During the procedure they had to stop and numb me more when I felt pain. When released the biting surface was extremely rough. A week & 1/2 later I came back to have that smoothed out they drilled more without Novocaine. The dentist had such a hard hand he pushed his instruments inside the jaw bone. I had to ask him not to put that much pressure on because it was hurting me all they said was we have to move your tongue. I was informed that I had to have a root canal and a crown IMMEDIATELY. I need additional fillings on additional teeth. I asked for pricing they did not give me a price. During that week my gums bled. I thought I might have had an infection. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and the old silver filling was still underneath of the white filling, they said it should never have happened that way and they should have put a crown on top of the new filling because it's such a large feeling that it can crack my tooth. My route was fine and there was no sign of infection. That was over two weeks ago and I'm still in pain.

They have some incentive for you to make sure you're brackets don't brake and you keep you teeth clean. And many other opportunities to earn beach bucks which can be redeemed for prizes. Their appt reminder slips are coupons for tacos across the street. They have toys for other children to play with while waiting. The staff is all so kind and welcoming. My kiddo is always excited for her appt. The office theme is very tropical and fun. They announce patients birthdays and celebrate when you get your braces off.
