I used to avoid dental appointments for fear of the pain and discomfort. But a recent visit for a cracked tooth resulting in a crown with Dr Schick complete changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. But the real hero of my visit was Dr Schick with the help of Jason her assistant. They were incredibly understanding of my anxiety and she took time to nub me gently and made the entire procedure painless and stress-free. Honestly, it was a breeze and Dr Schick was gentle and her professionalism was amazing, she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. Thanks to Dr Schick, I feel my white coat fear is lifted. I finally can take care of my oral health without all the anxiety. Thank you Dr Schick for this "Crown" I feel like a QUEEN! They are now focused on unnecessary treatments to make money and not the patient. Do not trust them. I was on a normal every 6 months teeth cleaning scheduled. I was encourage to come every 3-4 months for teeth stain. I opted to change my home care routine and fixed the issue myself. Last month at my regularly scheduled cleaning, I was told I needed full mouth periodontal cleanings every 3 months due to "5" periodontal readings and gum tissue bleeding. I could tell she pushed the tool into the gums too far on purpose and caused bleeding. She refused to give me my regular cleaning and told me I was now diagnosed as a periodontal patient and could only receive periodontal cleanings from now on. Two weeks later, I went to another dental practice. My periodontal charting was normal and no bleeding. I do not need periodontal cleanings.

Spoke with a previous manager told her the issue- supposedly this was all taken care of since never made aware any charges would be incurred - now Manager Loretta called being very rude and inpatient saying this needs to taken care of and there's no notes of any communication.
