We are so happy to see Jet Set Smiles now has a board certified orthodontist IN the office! We don't have to run to several different offices and get used to a whole new environment. The orthodontist, Dr. Seymour, is so knowledgeable and personable and made my 8 year old feel completely at ease starting her first phase of orthodontics. They have the latest tech like scanners instead of goopy impressions and have an innovative way of doing expanders where we the parents don't have to use the key in our child's mouth every night. Dr Patel and his staffs are super friendly and accommodating. We have taking our daughter here for almost 2 years now. It's 30min drive (one way!) for us but we make the drive because we know our daughter is in good hands. Just recently, we had an emergency with out 17 month old baby. It was after hours so we called the emergency no provided and spoke to Dr Patel directly! He squeezed us in the following morning before his first appointment. Thankfully baby is all ok but I couldn't imagine if we don't have Dr Patel to help us out! By the way, my daughter loves this place too. I cannot recommend Jet Set enough. Dr. Patel and staff were amazing. After a very poor experience with a different pediatric dentist I spend hours searching for a better dentist to give a second opinion for my son's treatment. The previous dentist was not able to get side x-rays for my 4 year old because they said 'his tongue kept getting in the way'. At Jet Set the technician got all his X-rays in less than 2 minutes. She was kind and comforting to my son and had no issues at all. After an assessment by Dr. Patel where he was great with my son he spoke clearly and kindly to us and gave us our options and his recommendations. He took great care to talk us though all the details (even though I was an emotional mess after dealing with the previous dentist). We left confident in his recommendation and knew a clear plan moving forward. We drove over 35 minutes from across town, but will continue to make this drive for both my son's for the better level of care. read more

We moved to North Phoenix from Gilbert a year ago. My young ones' previous dentists were good but Jet Set was just that much better. They were thorough and organized and Dr. Patel and his staff gave me confidence in their competency. Additionally, in this environment of COVID-19, they were as mindful as one could want: they schedule such that each patient/family is the only ones in the office (in stark contrast to my wife's orthodontist office which is half the size and had a small crowd), they have a "patients in through the front door, out through the back door" system and strictly adhere to health guidelines of face coverings and surface coverings/sanitizing - even the pen I was given was sheathed in disposable cellophane. That has happened, well, no where else. Yup, two thumbs up. read more

We were referred here to Dr Patel from our dentist in Chandler, and drove 45 minutes to him, and I'm so glad we did. He's such a knowledgeable dentist and so good with kids, my daughter is 5 and has a lot of teeth problems and he was so kind and knowledgeable to us about the treatment plan. During this whole covid 19 lock down he was there for us for an emergency and had a perfect set up and plan in place and it was just me and my daughter while he did some emergency dental work. The office is so inviting for the kids and really cool. They also have a little toy machine that they give to the kids which makes the experience better. Just like everyone here I would recommend them and now he will be my daughters dentist and we will take the long car drive just to see him. read more

Had the BEST experience at Jet Set Smiles! Our girls have been going to our dentist after switching them from that pediatric dentist off High Street! The one off High Street did not have very friendly staff and was impossible to book with. When we found out our youngest had a cavity and our dentist referred us to Dr. Patel! Dr Patel offers a few options other than Novocain. So happy she did! When I called to make an appointment they were able to get her in for the consult within a few days and booked the filling within a week or two. Think the only reason it was 2 weeks out was because we had scheduling conflicts on our end! The day of the filling the doctor was very thorough at explaining everything he was doing. He was done in such a short amount of time too! It went so smoothly! My husband and I were SO relieved! As much as I love our dentist I am now going to switch both girls to Jet Set Smiles! Just took my son to Jet Set Smiles for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with our experience. I had been taking him to another dentist but had to switch due to insurance. I called Dr. Patel's office this past Tuesday in a panic. My child with a mouth full of cavities, our regular pediatric dentist not able to help us, and leaving for a month long vacation in a week. The following day, Blake was in Dr. Patel's chair. He fixed everything! 3 crowns and 3 cavities using light sedation and laughing gas. Considering how active our 5 year old son is, this is nothing short of a miracle. I have been taking my son to this dentist since his very first dentist appointment! I love Dr Patel and his staff! They have always been caring, patient and just amazing with Mason. Enough that Mason actually looks forward to going to the dentist. I moved almost an hour away from this office but I have no intentions to adjusting to this as it is 2 visits a year at this time! My son takes the nurses and Dr Patel's advice to keep his teeth clean and healthy, enough that at 10 we can account for NOT ONE cavity. I am blown away with the service and attentiveness we received here. We had a really bad experience at our last pediatric dentist and I was frustrated going in. Jet Set was amazing. I got in for both my kids appointments the SAME week, had zero wait time, and when my old provider refused to send over my kids' x-rays (which is ridiculous) they re-took x-rays for free!! Dr. Patel was fantastic. He was patient and took the time to listen to our concerns of our last dentist and he quickly answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease! We just had our first visit and what a stellar experience it was; especially since it was the first time my 2 year old son had ever been to a dentist and he was a bit nervous. The staff at the front desk greeted us warmly and were quick to seat us. The office area was spacious with a travel theme, play area, video game section and tv's to keep the little ones entertained before we "boarded" to our next destination. The wait was not long at all, which I appreciated. Dr. Patel was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and welcomed any question I had during the consultation. We didn't feel rushed and he had a gentle approach with my son, which helped because he was a bit hesitant about opening his mouth during his first visit. As soon as I mentioned he was a huge dinosaur fan, Dr. Patel asked to see his "dinosaur teeth" and my son couldn't have been more excited to show his teeth at that point and made it such a pleasant experience for him throughout the process. My son was talking about his dinosaur teeth the whole day after that!
