Gel extensions and hard gel are pretty much the same. The gel gets applied to your nail with a brush and then you sit under the LED light for it to harden. It's healthier than acrylic in that the substance allows your nail bed to breathe. I think it…

What's the difference between hard gel vs gel extensions? I'm so used to acrylics but I wanna know what's best before I get it.

Extensions have tip that soaks off on the next visit just like your gel polish. I had acrylics for years and have liked the switch to the extensions personally. I have never had a bad experience with any of the girls that do them.

I was wondering if you guys are short staffed ? I can hardly get an appointment for the time I want to come in.

I've been to a lot of salons of varying price points and this one is my favorite in the area.

When I came in today, I was told I would be charged because I had gel builder, as if a gel builder manicure is only expected to last four days. I showed the picture and let them know what I was told, unfortunately they do not keep their word. This was very disappointing and completely inconsistent with what I was originally told. To make matters worse, after fixing the nails, the staff did not help me find a color that matched my existing nails and instead rushed me to "make a decision." The entire experience felt unprofessional and customer service was clearly not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place. It seems the focus is more on making money than on standing behind the quality of the work or taking care of customers. I left feeling disappointed.

I've been here like four time I've had Caitlin three of the four and then a man I believe his name is Sam? DO NOT GO TO HIM he messed up my precious nails and now they don't look the same. Came here to get a full set and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was very nice and careful, But the woman doing my full set was so aggressive she wasn't nice at all. I asked for short nails and she did the length she wanted she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I told her to go shorter. She cut me several times and when I told her she didn't even care.. Made me feel this was because of my brown skin. With sooooo many nail places to choose from, I'd say pick somewhere else. I only stopped here because I had time while my car was charging.
