I had the oldest gentleman (onlydoing my pedi and it was horrible: 1) he cut me badly on the side of my big toe trying to trim my dead skin on the side of the nail. I yelped when he did it 2) the paint job was messy and I had to ask him to touch up 3 toes when he was done 3) he forgot to put a clear top coat on. Luckily the mani guy (Danny -would recommend him) realized it and did it himself.

We walked in and didn't have to wait (take into account that it was weekday and we had an appointment). I have to say, it doesn't look like much from the outside in the strip mall, but once you walk in and meet the people that work there you can see the genuine desire to provide great customer service and quality nail care. I am very picky with my dip manicures and I was hesitant to go anywhere new, but I really loved this experience and my nails look absolutely fantastic almost a week later. The price for a dip manicure was well within normal ranges, on the lower level end actually (~$40) compared to other local places. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience we received and we definitely will be coming back!

Vivian, the owner, greeted me warmly upon entry and asked me what service I would be requesting. I selected my colors and was directed to a station near the back of the salon. I don't recall the name of the nail technician that did my pedicure. She wasn't the warmest person but she did a nice job. She didn't talk or smile. She just went through the motions and kept it moving. Everyone isn't the chatty type so that didn't bother me. I still tipped her twenty percent. Initially, I'd planned on getting a manicure and a pedicure but that changed when something came up. Vivian was so sweet. She told me that I could wear the disposable sandals they'd given me outside since I had come in wearing sneakers. The pedicure was $40, which is slightly more expensive than some of the other nail salons I visit. The location is nicely decorated though. It was clean and cozy. The utensils were also clean, and I saw the nail tech remove them from a sealed plastic bag. I don't get designs on my nails, but I saw a design that Vivian did for another customer and looked amazing! Vivian is very talented. She might make me get a design on my nails one of these days! I'll definitely stop in again when I need a new manicure or pedicure.

I have never had the same stylist in my 40 years of hair cuts because no one seems to understand what I want. I arrived and was greeted so warmly. Cecilia was my stylist and she nailed it. I thought maybe it was my lack of being able to express to other stylists how I wanted my hair but Cecilia really listened to me and with her knowledge of hair she got it right! After talking awhile I told her my puppy was in the car. She said bring her in we're pet friendly. I was hesitant but we brought her in. Everyone was so nice to my "baby", gave her treats and just let her roam. My dog is very important to me so any place that is dog friendly will usually get repeat business for me. I also got my eye brows waxed. They used "new" sticks for each customer, unlike most places I've been. So much more sanitary. I had heard Cecilia was a waxing queen and its true. They look great. So my hair and brows look great, my dog is happy! I am happy! Next time I will have to get a massage. Can't go wrong. Appointments can be made online with pricing. This is also very important to me. I hate talking on the phone. I can't say enough good stuff about this salon. They have exceeded my expectations and convinced me to drive 50 miles anytime I need some pampering. Thank you!!!!
