The person who did my nails was sweet but was rushing to do my nails, I had little cuts when I walked out, my nails burned and the skin around my nails looked burned. I'll admit, I wasn't too sure when I walked in because the customer service wasn't there. However, once I sat down, both ladies that were there were nice and engaging. It was a very pleasant appointment. Kee did my nails and did a great job. I've had my nails for 2 weeks and they look like I just got them done. The prices were great too. My only complaint is that the website and the door say that walk in's were welcomed but on a weekday afternoon there were only 2 nail techs and they both had clients. I waited about an hour and a half, which I had no problem with. A woman came after me and they suggested she come in tomorrow. It was 3 pm on a Wednesday but the door says they're open until 8 pm. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back.

The ladies were nice but I was looking for more of a relaxing, spa experience. This is not that type of salon. The music was not what I consider relaxing and it was a little too loud. The girl who did my pedicure was super sweet, but she didn't seem like she was experienced and pedicures so I assume she may be a little new. I understand that she has to get her footing, but when pedicures are $50, I really want someone who can give me a good and thorough job. They charge $10 to remove my no chip pedicure that I had on from another salon, however, they don't soak it off as they should. She used a drill to remove it. I didn't love that either. For people who don't mind more of an upbeat environment, this may be a good place to go.
