Instead of listening, she started counting how many times I've been there and pointing out that I'm a "long-term customer," as if that determined whether my feedback mattered. She then offered to re-clean the sweater, but I had already said that wasn't what I was looking for -- I just wanted to share feedback so it wouldn't happen again. The conversation felt dismissive and oddly defensive, and it made me feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. For a business that depends on repeat customers, the way feedback is received matters just as much as the service itself. He suggested that I try them on but bc of my disability, that's a daunting task for me. I measured myself with the help of my daughter and he calculated how much to take off. I complemented him on his skill and thanked him for his assistance hoping it would put him in a better mood. He wasn't friendly, seemed uneasy and with a slight attitude. When I went to pay he presented me a ticket for a whopping 90$!! We thought we heard wrong. He said it was 45$ each! We felt insulted and appalled. This is on the very high side 15-20$ service. I will take my alterations elsewhere. Beware! In conclusion, bad customer service and he was extremely overpriced. We both felt we were treated poorly and our business is not welcomed there.
