I kept calling him but Joel decided to be unprofessional and kept denying my calls. But instead texted me. Telling me that he cannot do my shirts and hats because he is too busy. Well if you were too BUSY in the first place, why do collect my money and waste A MONTH of my time!! Then he told me that i can wait another two weeks to get my shirts done, but i'm sure i would've waited for nothing so i declined. Apparently i "threaten" him by saying i better get my money back that night. He told me that he will refund me back by the end of December!! Luckily my bank helped me out by getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unless you want to waste your time and money just waiting around for something that will never show up. Oh and by the way. He blocked me on instagram. Unfortunately the customer service was not great. I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. Not sure what's going on in this place but I hope they read the reviews and understand that people want a good experience with staff and that we want to have fun and get more help when doing personal projects.
