IMHO Not surprised…read morethat I found some great deals here. I like deep discounts and this place has them. I left with two Pocket T-shirt dresses, $12.99 each, and a pair of black leggings in stretch jersey, $17.99. Husband was able to find a pair of Gap Fit Weekend shorts at 50% off, $24.99. Receipt said our total discount was $81. Not bad. Store is bright and clean.

They were having a mad sale on their women's jeans so I got a couple of those. They had a great selection off their clearance items as well, so I got a handful of things (for me and for gifting.) As I got rung up, I learned that everything I got was cheaper than I calculated and, "If you use your Gap card, it's an additional 20% off. It ends today." Finished one transaction and told my cashier, "I'll be right back." They were practically giving away their stuff for free! I was told it's to make room for more new things. Fine by me, there are some lucky peeps I thought of who are (unknowingly) about to score some Gap gear! Excellent service, excellent bargains. Highly recommending! NOTE: They charged me twice for an item, but nothing that wasn't resolved at The Gap Outlet - San Leandro. No biggie!!!

I was very startled by the prices but the gentler sales of the season were out, I was just forgetting to apply them. But prices were running $79 to $ 150 for the jeans (full price). I was attracted to the pants but the tops and dresses were more mixed . Some of the prints (the animal) weren't to my taste but some of the plainer fabrics had fun embellishments. Now a friend of mine told me the best specials aren't announced in store but is embedded in the loyalty program. So let's download the app, and check out the loyalty program because I have my eye on some items. After I downloaded the app, created an account, and signed up for emails. I discovered there's something called Chicos Off the rack. I've surfed the Chicos store, webpages, checked out the sales in the clearance items before, but I never found anything that grabbed me. either at the prices were too high. Update: My friend was absolutely right. I downloaded the app created an account and signed up for emails. It wasn't long before the flash sales and clearance emails started arriving, after about three weeks, one of the items that I particularly had my eye on went on clearance. the price had dropped to around 40 bucks down from about 100 bucks or so. I doubt my wardrobe will be filled up with Chico's anytime soon. However, for that special little item this is a great place to check out.

No baskets or carts available so we walked around as best as we could to check out this year's holiday displays. It was challenging to walk around with so many people in the Christmas aisles so I left to check out the rest of the store. After about 30 minutes and our arms filled with treasures, we obviously needed a cart so I went searching for one at the front of the store. Jackpot! Two carts returned so my daughter and I were able to comfortably move our things into one cart. It's a large store with too many fun things to look at and want. I truly wish there was a store closer to us. My receipt said my checker was Danielle W. She was exceptionally happy and filled with smiles. She was also kind enough to wrap our breakables before putting them in a bag. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor in spite of the huge crowds she must have been seeing all day. The store was fairly well stocked and clean in spite of all the shoppers. Hobby Lobby is such a fun store for gifts, crafts, décor and seasonal gems.

Last time I went to a brick and mortar Ulta, I guess it must've been Covid. Without all the…read moretesters, visiting the store was much more tedious than just buying stuff online. What a relief today was. I could actually sample products before purchase. I gotta admit online I was limited to products that I had purchased before. Although Ulta has a generous return policy, which I find reassuring just in case I'm allergic to something, I'm not really comfortable buying completely new products online. Giving the testers a try gives me a chance to figure out if I'm going to have a bad reaction. For me, this makes the physical store significantly more attractive. Customer Service was very cheerful. I was greeted at the door and one of the staff members although busy stopped to ask if I needed help. I just went into browse and had a great time looking for new products. I didn't really buy anything partially because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my next errand and didn't really have time to try too many testers. Although they had a pretty good looking sale, I managed to get lucky with my favorites at the last sale and I'm still completely stocked up. I was looking for one or two new products but I gotta admit the store is big enough and there are enough different brands that I got a little bit lost. Obviously, I need to come back.

I was briefly acknowledged with a very very brief welcome. They never stopped taking to interact with me. I was lost as I walked through the store to located the concealer because I never been to this location. There was even a group of girls who were in standing for long periods of time chatting in certain areas. They could have honestly been stealing because literally the women who worked in the store were too immersed in their conversation to walk around to check. There was a cashier who stepped away from talking when I finally came back to the front because I was lost with locating what I needed. There was a beauty expert on the floor and although she was helpful with her suggestions, she missed the mark with nanny if the items that she passed me to purchase. She gave me duplicates of the blush (Although she showed me 2 different ones that she said was perfect for me), she said that a soft black eyebrow pencil was good for me although I'm a brownsjin female with dark brown hair (Which I mentioned to get ally my hair color) and then she suggested 2 different highlights, but gave me 1 that was totally different than what she chose for me. I think she needed to pay more attention to what she was passing me and recommending instead of trying to make a sale. I am still new to makeup buying and I bed those that help me to know what they are doing. Overall, I was able to get quite a haul because of her. However, I need to go and do exchanges on many of the suggested items smh.
