Jams Security was very helpful to us. We had an incomplete system installed on a Brooklyn building, which was left "as is" by the prior security firm. They basically abandoned the job mid-way. Jams was able to assess the system, modify the equipment slightly such that it worked (saving us on equipment costs, time and labor), and successfully completed the installation for a video intercom system. Poor customer service. A customer should not have to track down a locksmith nor any professional. I spent most of my time calling, texting, and emailing one of their locksmiths just for making a key. I even went to one of their business locations to get the job completed. I would not recommend them. I found another locksmith that did the job in 2 days.
