Jamie's studio address has the angel numbers "222" in it. The angel numbers 222 represent balance, harmony, transformation, manifestation and spiritual growth. If that's not the biggest sign and blessing that you in the right place at the right time I don't know what else is! The number of the building is an indicator of being intentional. I discovered Jamie's studio about a year ago and have taken a couple classes whenever I have the free time and have felt so comfortable in each class. Whether it's Jamie herself or another teacher the classes really focus on being present in the moment and connecting with your body. Slow, intentional movements and not pushing your body past what it's willing to do. I recently took yoga and sound bath class taught by Robin and I hope there are more classes like this. I experienced real life ASMR and a new level of meditation. Robin focused on creating sounds with different objects that sounded like different elements. One sounded like rain drops, another sounded like the ocean waves, it was truly a beautiful, grounding and enlightening experience. This was my first time hearing Crystal bowls in person and it was magical. It sounded like frequency music. I have also taken Jamie's 3 week meditation series which was amazing. It was an hour long each week and focused on releasing the stresses of the day and aligning your chakras. Besides the classes being wonderful each time her price point I feel is really affordable. The drop in classes are $25, some 3 week meditation series $40 and her new student pass for a week of yoga is $35! She has other yoga packages available on her website. I look forward to attending each class and leave feeling 1000% better than when I came in. Life can be hard and stressful but it can also be beautiful and soft. I have found that softness and beauty at Jamie's yoga studio and will continue to support her yoga business. JS is the best studio in the county - hands down. The whole vibe of the studio and of Jamie in general is a down-to-earth, approachable, and fun vibe. If you've never done yoga before - start here. The studio and its patrons are extremely friendly and welcoming folks. Jamie is a wonderful teacher, as are all of the teachers employed there. There are tons of workshops planned throughout the year as well, including mala making, vision board designing, beer tastings, outdoor yoga, solstice parties, and kirtans/musical events. The studio feels very much like a family. There are other wonderful studios in the county, but none where I feel like I am welcomed ALL the time, or people know my name, or I feel like home when I walk in. Something about yoga just has never stuck with me until I started going to Jamie's classes at her warm and welcoming studio. I bought a new student unlimited yoga pass so that I could try out all the different classes that she and the other teachers offer and I encourage anyone who is curious about how she gets such great reviews to give it a try. After just two weeks I now feel more energized, I'm sleeping better, and I'm learning more than just things that would help me in class -- I'm learning about better responses to stress through breathing and more. This studio is small and homey but offers a variety of classes. You can take strenuous classes or gentle, and all of the teachers are amazing. After practicing there for some time i decided to take my 200 hour teaching certification there and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.
