For wonderful pancakes cooked in butter, I'd pay it gladly. All the recipes are the same and boy am I glad. And the specials are always fun. I'd like to put my request in for a Corn Dog omelette special, please. I had it about 7 years ago and I still can taste it. My hubs would like the Cowboy Filet Mignon. Jose is a breath of fresh air. So friendly and attentive, as is the rest of the staff. Well, damn. Now I'm hungry.
