My brother's disabled pitbull mix, Radar, died about a week ago, and spending money at this local venue felt like a meaningful tribute to Radar as I entered 2026. I only knew Radar since September, but I instantly fell in love with his gentleness, gratitude, and perseverance. Being here felt like a small but intentional way to honor him. I am so delighted to support a restaurant that cares about the wellbeing of animals, and that love is clearly reflected in everything they do. You get the richness of the vodka sauce and burrata, the sweetness and heat from the hot honey, and you can still taste the prosciutto throughout the sandwich. And the chicken? There's plenty of it.
