We had just finished at the recycling center and were HOT from this heat, so we just wanted something cold to cool us down. I believe the girl who helped us was named Jenna, and she was seriously so sweet! Her customer service was amazing, and she completely turned our bad experience around. She even gave my son and me a free drink because we were having a rough day. It was such a small gesture, but it honestly meant so much to us. Thank you, Jenna, for being so kind and making our day better! And thank you, Dutch Bros, for always being one of our family's go-to spots. This is exactly why we keep coming back!

Dutch Bros Coffee is more of a togo style place for all their locations, but this one does offer some outdoor seating, which is a nice addition. The menu is vast, you are bound to find something you enjoy for sure. The customer service here is excellent, they greet you right away with a warm and friendly smile. Every time we come, the service is great, which you can't say at another place (their compeition!) I'm more of a freeze/frappuccino guy and they have a great selection to choose from and you can always google for inspiration if you don't want a traditional menu based one. Don't forget, if you plan to come here often, down the Dutch Bros app to earn points and rewards! Took a star off because while the drinks and service is good, the prices here are quite steep and expensive, so beware.

I'm driving back to the Sacramento area and I needed a little pick me up to stay away on the drive up the 99. That should get me to where I'm going and keep the coffee hot. The restrooms are OK, or just one of them, the other needed a little service if you know what I mean. I log onto the internet just fine as was able to do what I needed to do. It was nice and cool inside here and a comfortable place to spend a little time. My coffee was filled no problem with the house Pikes Peak and I paid with my Starbucks card. I think I get like 10 cents or something off by bringing my own cup. Good visit, like like how all these locations are co convenient to wherever I'm at.

We also picked out some pastries--mine was a butter croissant, and he chose a ham and cheese croissant. When we sat outside, I took a bite of my croissant and was surprised to find it cold. Typically, I wouldn't have known it was cold until I bit into it. So, I went back inside to speak with a young lady with black hair. I explained the situation, but she just looked at me and then at the croissant, saying, "I'm sorry, I can't warm it up for you because you but it." I was taken aback and was about to explain that I wouldn't have known it was cold if I hadn't taken a bite, but she quickly added, "It's okay, I'll just give you a new one." It felt like she was expecting me to just accept her first response, which didn't sit well with me. In a customer service role, it's important to be solution-oriented, and I felt like she missed the mark there. To make things even more frustrating, my husband's croissant was cold too, and the replacement she gave me was barely warm. It seemed like it had only been microwaved for a few seconds because it was still cold in the middle. I've never had this kind of experience at this location before, which was quite surprising. The barista, an African-American man, also seemed a bit detached and unfriendly. Overall, it felt like the staff wasn't really engaged, and it left us disappointed.
