I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I started noticing recurring daily charges on my credit card from this same Jamba location even though I did not authorize repeated purchases. The charges continued over time and became increasingly concerning. I attempted to contact the store directly to resolve the issue, but there was no response. When I tried calling the merchant phone number listed on the transaction details, the number appeared to be disconnected. Because I could not reach anyone and the charges continued, I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company and have my card canceled and replaced. Regardless of the cause, there should be a clear and working way for customers to reach the store when billing issues happen. My experience did not reflect that. read more

This interaction took place during the morning shift, and it was evident that both the male and female employees needed a serious refresher on customer service. They are the face of Jumbo Juice, and their lack of professionalism tarnishes the brand's reputation. I strongly encourage management to coach them on how to better engage with customers. I've ever had a bad experience here. I usually order ahead with the Jamba Juice app and it's always ready right on time. This morning I made my order but unfortunately couldn't pick it up as it would make me late to work.
